Uniquely the shuttle service operates 24/7. However, the shutter operator driving habits were hazardous and less than professional.

Really friendly staff

Property is in need of major upgrades. Very dated and run down. Paid $18 for a Caesar salad that was just romaine lettuce.

Hotel was great. Airport shuttle service was sub par. Both times we needed to use it, they did not have room. Being on a timeframe with flights, that is not helpful. We had to use Uber from the airport and back to the airport. Disappointing.

The elevators were down only 1 worked and it was long wait lines, the door were not working , the pool was closed due to someone throwing up they didn’t clean right away said it would be closed down for the rest of the day

Nice Clean Hotel Close to Airport

The gentleman who checked me in was fantastic. My flight had been cancelled and it was late, so to be treated well by a smart and friendly person after a hellish day of flights and delays was great. The shuttle driver in the morning was TERRIFIC!! Note: there was a small hole in the wall of my room which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

My stay with Doubletree was good. It was very nearby to the Airport. The Shuttle service was good. They can provide the big size Shuttle Vehicle instead a of a 10 seated Vehicle. Most of the guests has the same flight schedules to catch up are not able to use the shuttle. Lift conditions need to be maintained as well. Mostly one of the lifts are not working.

Everything was good except the height of the bed. I had an accessible room and i needed help to get on the bed. I am not sure why they would put such a high bed in an accessible room.

Not only did they say they couldn't find our reservations. (After 45 minutes at the front desk and showing them digital proof- they finally found our rooms. The rooms were not as reserved. A mobility room with walk in shower was NOT. It was awful. The other rooms were poorly maintained. Toilet paper holder was broken. Wallpaper coming off the walls, rug was dirty, etc. Elevators did not work all the time. Even the shrubs outside were dead. Never will anyone in my company ever stay at a Doubletree again.

The room conditions were below average. Needs renovation. The staff was extremely accommodating, had great attitudes, and were very friendly.

Convenient shuttle service from the airport to hotel and back. Friendly staff, and free chocolate chip cookies!

Parking was unreasonable, in and out to expensive.

The shower curtain was not the proper ones and the bath towels where stained.

Parking, getting in and out of the parking lot was ridiculous with the new system. Parking per night is to expensive.

The hotel stay was not pleasant because of the unkind staff at the reception.

This visit tarnished the Hilton brand for me personally. When we arrived we had to await the front desk to finish their personal conversation before they checked us in. At no point did they acknowledge our presence let alone greet us. The beds were comfortable but the bed skirts were stained with spilled liquid. The shower curtain did not fit the length of the tub and there was a squashed bug on the ceiling of the shower. The website said they had a breakfast buffet but that was not the case. Granite we checked in on a Monday so maybe they only offer it on weekends so we had to order off a limited menu. The eggs were clearly microwaved and the bacon was old. The OJ was thick, I don’t know what that was all about. I spent $60 on breakfast that was horrific. The sports bar hours do not match the website at all. They opened at 4PM and as soon as we walked in we turned around and left because it smelled like straight urine. That’s right, urine. Definitely would not stay ever again and as I said in the beginning, I will not ever stay at another Hilton in my life. So disappointed.

The hotel needed renovation 15 years ago and still it hasn't happened!
