DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport

Although it is an older property, the building, grounds, and rooms are well maintained. Friendly front desk staf. Comfortable beds. I would stay there again.

Even though it as short, It was a great experience.

My flight was canceled and the Double Tree was right at the airport with a decent price for last minute. Also offered shuttle service that ran smoothly and breakfast for additional $10 when booking. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was not fully staffed for the amount of people on a Monday night for all the canceled flights but their staff worked non stop doing their best to accommodate everyone. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

The hallways smelled like mildew and the bathroom showed signs of black mold. Woke up very congested in the morning.

shutle was good to the airport

This was fine for an emergency bed due to airline cancellation but the place is desperately in need of an upgrade. Carpets are dirty, furniture is worn, walls need painting. The room had a stale smell and blackout curtains were too short, allowing a lot of light into the room at night. We didn’t even get the promised cookies! The check-in clerk was amazing given the number of stranded pilgrims he was dealing with. He processed three parties simultaneously on three different computers all by himself, all the while maintaining an amazingly upbeat attitude. Kudos to him.

We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night and this place was an average hotel but is very close to the airport. Nothing special, but the night staff could be more courteous and professional.

This was a last minute stay due to flight delays. The staff was extremely overwhelmed with all of the last minute travelers, but they all worked very hard to accommodate everyone. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

A weather delay prompted visit. Staff accommodated me ahead of schedule. So great!

Jermaine, the staff member at front desk was incredible and very kind under the circumstances of managing multiple guests at same time due to multiple flight cancellations. Check in was smooth and efficient.

Decent airport hotel. The price, airport shuttle, and pool were deciding factors in my choice. Walls were a bit thin. Could hear neighbors and people in hallways. Beds were comfy and clean. Room was older but clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Would stay here again.

Uniquely the shuttle service operates 24/7. However, the shutter operator driving habits were hazardous and less than professional.

Really friendly staff

Property is in need of major upgrades. Very dated and run down. Paid $18 for a Caesar salad that was just romaine lettuce.
