Check in was quick and staff very accommodating. Very long line.

I think it may just be Philly sucks. Let’s start with that. The check in lady was stressed and using a kitchen employee to help out, I get it. She didn’t make eye contact with us during the whole check in transaction. It cheesed my boyfriend off so he asked her to link the IHG account and she came back with a snippy remark. I get it everyone has off days, if there was a cookie or a bottle of water in the room, this all could have gone away. Oh yeah there was some black mold happening by the shower vent but no biggie. The early morning airport shuttle guy was honestly the nicest person I met in all of Philly, he turned it all around.

Everybody there is super nice, the lobby and gym and pool were really great. The rooms are trash, and I don't think the carpet has been cleaned since the turn off the century. We stayed because DoubleTree is a trusted brand but maybe airport locations are just not the move. Very disappointed. If you need somewhere to stay there's better value elsewhere.

Quick overnight stay, the rooms don’t have microwaves or fridges. A fridge was brought up for us though. Overall it was good . Wish the pool stayed open longer than 8pm. Jordyn at the front desk was awesome

Overall Good stay. Staff were a little blunt during check in and just expect you to know where to go.

The rooms were very dusty, the window look like it was mold. Bathroom was horrible. The vent in the shower was disgusting with so much dust. Inside and around the tub was rusty, like it never gets cleaned.

Good staff, good breakfast, has a nice coffee bar for the morning, and very close to airport if you're traveling. Also has shuttle to and from airport which I didn't use but very convenient for people who need the transport.

Staff was friendly, room is nice. Biggest issue was after suffering through 7 hours of issues flying back, and being in bed 2 hours, our room gets given to someone else who now is trying to barge in with deadbolt on. How does this happen at 4 am??? Scared the death out of my fiancé and I. Website says 2 am is cutoff for check in, am I now going to have an issue checking out??

The staff was overall friendly. Our room was gross. We were on a higher floor with 2 queen beds. Both of the comforters were disgusting. Yellow mystery stains and brown stains on them but hidden so you didn't see it at first. When asking for 2 new comforters we were brought 2 blankets that were also stained. The bathroom ceiling had mold growing in various places, rust in the tub and door frame, the toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet, and wall paper was peeling. There was zero water pressure. The room itself had an air conditioner that rattled loudly throughout the entire stay. Carpet was coming up in random spots around the room. There was no fridge or microwave in the room at all. We found dead bugs squished on walls throughout the entire hotel. Parking for the hotel was just as frustrating. You had to get your ticket validated every time you left. The gates didn't work half the time and you had to wait for someone to be called to open it for you. Over all I would never stay here again.

Average rooms. Older lobby. Restaurant and bar were closed in the afternoon when we arrived. Staff were friendly but unable to help with early check-in due to staffing shortages in housekeeping.

I paid for a king size bed. Qhen I got to the hotel to check in , they only had a double bed. They told me to wait for two hours if I qantca king bed. The phone in the room did not qork. I complained to them about it and nothin qas done.

We stayed for three nights. Check in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. We were given cookies as a welcome gift and they were delicious and warm. The elevators seem very small and narrow. We got up to our room and the room was very spacious, however there was a slight musty odor in the room. The ac unit in the room was great but kind of noisy. The bed was extremely comfortable with clean sheets and memory foam pillows. The bathroom was a disaster. The bathroom door did not close and there was no ventilation or fan so it was very humid after taking a shower. The water pressure of the shower was very intense. The ceiling also looked like it was ready to collapse. Unfortunately the two room keys that we were given did not work each day that we were there and one time we were actually locked out of the room. We were told by front desk staff that someone would be up to fix the door. We ended up sitting in the hallway in front of our room for almost 30 minutes but the maintenance guy was extremely friendly and quick about getting us back in our room. Overall the staff were great, but we probably will not stay ever again.
