first room air conditioner did not work. They switched me no problems the following morning I woke up to take a shower and the shower didn't work so I had to get on my flight without one

Very dirty and had a horrid mildew smell. Shower curtain ripped. Walls have damage, and overall the room was not clean. Parking is $25 per day. Incidental is $100 per day. Staff was friendly but still not a good experience. No refrigerator and no microwave either. Outdated room too, TV REMOTE not working either. Bathtub clogged too and no bags in the garbage, no window ventilation. Flys in the room too.

The room was dated and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The workspace table set up was kind of weird like an afterthought. Hallway on 4th floor was dank and dreary. The cook in the dining hall was slow as molasses with our food order, (20 minutes to cook a hamburger?), on an up note the staff was super friendly and helpful. the bed was comfy and the noises weren't too loud.

The hotel is completely run down. The staff are rude or just don’t care. The room was filthy, stained carpets, holes in the walls and needs a paint job. One of our rooms bathroom flooded, water was flowing from the ceiling and light fixture ruining my daughter’s cosmetic case, products and medications. When I went to reception to let them know and ask if she could move rooms they were incredulous. Like I was bothering them with no concern that the bathroom was flooding. The room was switched to a room with a broken air conditioner so we switched again. With the last switch we finally got a friendly member of staff that apologised for our inconvenience and gave us another room. The third room also had a broken air conditioner that I think probably would have worked if the filter had been changed. I have never stayed in such a horrible Double Tree.

Very noisy, breakfast area is very dull old table chairs, not very clean. Staff members are not friendly and taking so long on each guest, very poor customer service! There are great properties few blocks away.Transportation is great every 30 minutes! Not worthed for the price !!

This hotel needs to be renovated. Lobby is very misleading. Rooms need new carpet and bathrooms are onld and has a creepy vent over the tub. Bed was very comfortable. Elevator old and dirty. Just please renovate.

Very quiet, especially being right across from the airport. They should tell you, that they DO charge $25 to park your car, even when you stay there. Its NOT included in your stay. Also charge a $100 for security but get it back in 3-5 business days. That was our only problem, otherwise quiet, and felt safe.
