I love everything about the hotel friendly and helpful customer service is always a plus

The property looks nice and clean from the outside and lobby area but once to the guest rooms there is a noted difference. Staff was not available at check in. Once someone arrived to the front they were short with conversation and did not give any information about the property, location of rooms, elevators or ice/vending areas. Poor signage made it difficult to find where to go to find the elevators. Only one elevator was working again no signs to make guest aware. Once on the floor for our room signs were not easily seen to know which way to go to get to rooms. The room was moldy smelling, there were stains and rips in the carpet. The bathroom was not clean there was hair on the shower walls and sink area. None of the soaps, shampoos or lotions were filled. When the air conditioner was running it was so loud it made it difficult to sleep. Ice machines were not available on the 2nd floor but we were not notified of that or where we could find ice. When we went down to get extra bedding staff was gathered in the bar area watching basketball and not available for guest. Over all not a great experience.

The hotel and room/suite was very nice but the fact that I had to switch woods in the midst of my stay due to a plumbing/piping issue was inconvenient. Also, I wasn’t aware there was a voucher system for the daily breakfast that I prepaid for and was charged for the 1st day. I ended up not going down for the breakfast on day # 2 and 3 of my trip to avoid the issue. I should have called/followed up but I kept getting an endless loop when I called the hotel. I was busy while in town and didn’t have time to wait on the phone or get with the front desk. The hotel was quiet and convenient.

A friend and I were I. Huntsville for a conference. We appreciated the convenience and ambience of the Double Tree. The staff members were particularly welcoming and helpful.

Really easy check in and check out, quiet and clean.

Poorly functioning shower/curtain properly positioned but 2/3 of bathroom floor was flooded with water after a 5 minute shower. This is a real safety issue. Closet doors very difficult to open (stuck at top), and in-room safe not level and door kept swinging open preventing closure of one of the closet doors. All reported to desk at checkout. Clean, quiet room with excellent bed.

Clean, affordable, right off the highway but still quiet, nice pool and onsite bar.

I had a great stay for three nights at this hotel. The staff was friendly. The cookies were yummy and breakfast was OK.

The room was fine, a place to sleep if anything. My online concern/problem was the smell of mold every time I used the shower. The water itself seemed to smell like mold.
