So much was unliked we left a day earlier than expected ask the receptionist our room was 203 so upset with the hotel over priced too

My hands stuck to the door over the refrigerator, it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Outside door leaked a large puddle into our room.

I’ll definitely be staying here again. The staff is so kind. They also cook an amazing smelling curry!

Elect out elevators did not work. Not enough electricity plug ins for laptop chargers etc. breakfast very poor

This hotel is due for a major overhaul. When I booked it, I should have trusted myself not to believe the pictures. I got checked in, and at first the room looked ok, however it wasn't until the evening that I found the problems. The furniture looked like it had been chewed, the freezer was broken, there was someones hair left in the shower and on the wall. There was no drain cover in the sink and I could see all the hair in the drain, bugs in the room, and the last night, rain. Not just outside but enough to pour into my room from the back door and window because the seals were bad. Not to mention the broken drain spout dangling from the roof and when I asked for some clean towels I was given ones that were stained. Breakfast was eh. Waffle batter, bread, muffins, pre packed doughnuts, the big concern was the stack of premade omelettes sitting in the aluminum chafing dish that needed to be microwaved but were not sitting on ice. I definitely won't be coming back to this hotel to stay. Anyone who looks at this place should steer clear as well

Check in was subpar. Why use hotels . Com if you are going to charge other fees when we get there. I would have booked differently. I am going to book differently if this happens again. As for the room is fine. Clean & stocked with towels.

Our room had a broken AC unit and it was over 90 degrees. We asked for another room but the hotel was fully booked. We asked for a pull away bed, the bed arrived with no sheets and the mattress had a large red stain - my kids tefused to sleep on it because they were suspicious of what the stain might be. My husband had to go back down to the desk to ask for sheets again. The hot tub was colder than the air temp in the pool. The pool was tiny and misrepresented on the website as being larger.

Hotel staff was amazing very friendly there to get you what you need but the smell of cooking food in the upstairs and toilets running all night tiles coming up in the bathroom floor paint coming off. The headboards hotel is in major need of an overhaul.

This property has potential to be nice. Unfortunately the people running this property do not know what they are doing. The pool was so disgusting and stuff was floating in it, my children wouldn’t even swim in it even though it had a slide. The breakfast served frozen eggs that you had to warm up yourself. terrible breakfast choices. front desk was not helpful to anyone that needed assistance. It took 4 times of going to the front desk to ask for our rollaway after 3 hours they finally brought it. In 4 days they never cleaned our room or anything. This is a great location but very terrible to stay at.

When we arrived we noticed weeds growing around the sidewalks, islands. The front slider doesn’t always work and I had to push the door open manually. The entryway fan cover is off and is full of dirt and cobwebs. Check in was fine. We entered our room and noticed that the front of the toilet was dirty. Dust on the lampshades as well. The fridge worked but the freezer was so full of built up ice and was unusable. We had 4 of us in a room so we asked for 2 more towels as only 2 are provided. They did accommodate us on the towels the first day. When asked for more towels in the third day they gave us 4 towels but when we came back from an excursion someone had entered our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door and took the extra 2 towels we asked for…leaving ua with 2 towels again for 4 people. Once again we asked for more towels and they did give us the towels but were grumpy about it. We did ask for more trash liners for the trash cans and did receive them. The front desk told us to just put the trash by the front door in the hall and they would gather the trash. After 12 hours I took our trash to the hall trash cans which was over flowing with trash and didn’t get emptied for 2 days at least. Breakfast would have been ok if the eggs had not been frozen and the hostess would have given up her chair so that the guest had more seating. Because the eggs were frozen and had to be microwaved the line for breakfast was long.

We found two large bugs and candy on the floor of our first room. The beat did not look clean. We complained and got another room, this one was cleaner but there was a cable running through the bathroom, the furniture is old and showing lots of wear, the air conditioner was extremely loud. The breakfast buffet was limited and it was messy. I would not recommend staying here.

We picked this location because it looked fairly nice in the pictures and the pool area for the kids. Do not be fooled it may look nice in the pictures but the pool and hot tub were always low on water and the hot tub was almost always cold. Along with the pool area smelling musty like mold. The rooms were ok and the bathrooms were somewhat dirty. We left a day early and were told by the front desk personnel that we would receive a refund for our one evening and then after we arrived home found it had been denied. There were other issues but I would not recommend this hotel.

The doors are paper thin. We could hear everyone is the rooms around us and in the hallway.

Property wasn’t clean. Rooms had thin walls and the residents were loud and obnoxious.

Rude staff on check in, Was told we could have a late check out as my son had to work remotely till noon, but they changed their minds with out telling us and when i went to the front desk they just said no we can't do that. They offered "breakfast" which was doller store dognuts and froze eggs. I understand you get what you pay for but it was bad. Spend the extra $40 and stay at thr holiday inn across the parking lot

This was the most horrific hotel I have ever experienced I rented 2 rooms and I got up to my room and the door had duct tape on it so someone could easily push my door open if wanted without key there were no fire alarms in rooms the floors weren’t swept and the bedding looked mast and dirty and when I pulled back the covers there were tons of pee stains these rooms looked like something out of a horror movie

The property appears neglected. The room seemed ok, but the shower rod was nearly falling off the wall. The handle for the shower fell off. The bathroom door was broken and the bathroom ceiling looked like they tried to repair some water damage from the room above.

The front desk staff were fantastic!!!

Very poor hotel, the rooms were incredibly dirty. There was even old food inour refrigerator and the lady at the front desk was rude and barely spoke English. I highly recommend you sleep on the side walk before you decide to stay here. Also the pool wasn't even open during the hours anyone would be staying and it looked like a health risk
