Check in was effortless. It was very easy to check in and out. The people who were at the front desk were very nice and welcoming.One thing I would say is they say they are a smoke free place but had multiple people smoking outside rooms so the smell of smoke would linger a bit and with a baby it's kinda bad .

I just wished they had breakfast service we were on the go it makes it hard trying to get ready for a family event...i stayed here just because the kids wanted the pool. 😊 staff very friendly ..only too many street people around...but other than that nice stay.

The hotel is really clean and the cleaning people did a great job of cleaning my room. I had reserved a king, single bed-room and they had given me a key to a room on the first floor that was already occupied. Lobby staff were not very apologetic. I got downgraded to a queen room on the second floor. Overall, I liked it and had a good experience.

Several front desk clerks were rude, condescending & very skeptical of the littlest things such as clean towels and change for the laundry machines. They made me come to the office for change 8 times! Finally I went down the street and got change from another merchant. I had to use towels to clean the floors (I dont think the floors are cleaned at all) I asked to use a vacuum and was told she didnt have one. Well I asked front desk manager for clean towels and he interrogated me & said "no, you have wait!" I told him I needed to shower & go to work, finally he told me "only 1 towel." There was only 1 desk worker that was respectful & polite in the afternoons. The cleanliness of the rooms is an entire chapter of its own. I felt like I was getting bitten by something in the spread & covers! I gave the cleaner them back. Who knows how often they're washed. The entire stay was gross. I was in the process of moving and tired so I wasn't looking to change hotels, but I wish I would've. Overall, the room looked nice when I first checked in. Looks can and are deceiving.

I arrived at my room and used the the restroom. The seating was broken and I immediately went to the front desk to report it as I did not want to be blamed and charged for it.
I asked for it to be fixed and the desk personnel told me no maintenance was available.
He offered me a $10 refund. I didn't need the $10, just a proper working bathroom. He also told me that no other rooms were available.
I've included the pictures below.
I also explained to the night person that the TV was not working. It would freeze up every 10-15 seconds. He told me that it was unacceptable but there was no other room available.
I ask for the ice machine and he told me it wasn't working.
The morning person at the front desk told me that an investigation is needed because everything is checked everyday. If that's the case, why didn't they catch it during clean up? I assume they clean the toilet, unless they don't.
The morning desk person was unprofessional.
100% bad visit.

The floors were extremely dirty to the point that we had to wear our shoes inside to avoid getting dirt in the beds when we went to sleep. Also, the bathroom was swarmed with ants coming in through the cracks. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided extra pillows and toiletries upon request, cleaned the bathroom with bleach, and provided Raid, which didn’t completely work on the ants but we appreciated their help.

We had a quiet stay in this hotel. Front desks are nice and accomodating. There was a complimentary coffee in the front desk. There were lots of parking space. The only thing that we did not like was its proximity to inter faith community service building which was right in front of the hotel, there were homeless hanging around by the parking entrance and some random person asking for change in front of the lobby. Bath towels were medium size and rough, it came with 2 bar soaps and a shampoo. I love that there were working microwave and fridge. Nothing crazy happened during our stay but it was just the thinking of something might happened during our stay or something might happen to our car that is just parked where these people can have access to. So, if you dont mind these people, it is a good place to stay and it is just 12 minutes drive to safari park and other nice restaurants. Pool was dirty.
