This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Eden House. We love the quiet and pool area. Our room’s air conditioner kept short cycling. That would be the only thing for maintenance to check out

This is a great place for couples to stay. Rooms are comfortable, but a bit small. Hot tub and happy hour at the hotel bar were amazing. Walking distance to some amazing food.

We had a good stay at Eden House, I was a little disappointed with the room (king porch swing)
It was much smaller then what the website presented it to be. The king bed was a queen and the bathroom was small and housekeeping was a little skimpy on towels and filling shower supplies. I feel I could find a nicer stay for the price we paid.

Jocelyn greeted us when we arrived. We were early and our room wasn't ready yet. She stored our luggage and said she would call us back when it was ready which she did. She was very pleasant and helpful. We loved our room. It was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. Great friendly customer service along with a great room that's what I call a wonderful stay!!! Highly recommend.

The room you showed me with a table and chairs outside wasn’t what I got !! They tried to put me next to registration desk ! Then they put me next to the lobby ! Room was small will never go back !!

Jacuzzi broken for two days. Service seems to have dropped a bit. Room was tiny. Air conditioner comes on for ten seconds every hour. Just a bit rough compared to previous years.

How ridiculous that I accidentally clicked a button to book a hotel with you guys which I am a return customer and have been for 10 years. I’ve stayed here with my children. I’ve stayed here with just ourselves, but between Expedia and this hotel, they’re not trying to take blame for the fact that I literally clicked the wrong button booked a room for a night that was that very night Called within two seconds to fix it and then they both didn’t wanna give me a refund absolutely ridiculous and $500 you guys are actually mean for that like would you want that done to your family? What what’s wrong with you?
