Amazing hotel and close to everything. So glad my girlfriend and I picked this hotel. It was out first time to Santa Fe and knew nothing. But we did our research and cruised around via goggle maps and so happy we did. Just perfect! Walkable everywhere we wanted to go. Food, shopping, coffee, clay making with drinks, Farmers Market, art and churches. Loved the area and people were super friendly. The spa was great and I loved using the gym and steam room. Thanks you for a memorable trip.

We have been coming to the Eldorado for over 15 years. It is the only hotel we choose.
This time we noticed the wear & tear more than ever before, but we were informed by the wonderful staff members that management is working on improvements which is amazing news!!!

Our recent stay at Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe was an overall delightful experience. Although we noticed some painting tape on our floor, indicating ongoing updates, and the pool bar was closed—disappointing as we had looked forward to it for a birthday celebration—the Front Desk staff made our stay enjoyable by suggesting we take our drinks from the lobby bar to the scenic rooftop pool. We found ourselves so enchanted by the charming Santa Fe shops and vibrant culture that we prioritized exploring over visiting the pool bar. The convenience of texting the Front Desk for any needs was a great touch, and the cleaning staff respected our privacy, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. All in all, despite a few minor hiccups, our stay was clean, quiet, and genuinely enjoyable. We highly recommend Eldorado Hotel & Spa for both locals and tourists!

HORRIBLE service! DO NOT STAY HERE.
I would put 0 stars if I could.
Front desk was rude and not informative. There was no remote in the room for the tv and they took forever to have security bring one up to our room.
Worst part of all, one of the house keeping employees stole my boots from the closet. Security did not do anything to try to locate them…
Will never stay there again.

While I thought it would be a great place to stay, it turned out not to be. Our room was old with a half-inch of dust under the king bed that you could see sitting on the room’s sofa. We could write our names in the dust in the furniture. Shower head was horrible with only a dribble of water. No cooked to order breakfast as advertised. Some days they didn’t even offer grab and go breakfast items. When we reported our dissatisfaction they said they’d investigate and sent someone to clean the room again. But we saw no difference. For the money we paid, it was a horrible stay. We found another hotel in the area that was a better stay. Plus a winter storm came through in early May and hotel was without power for 5-6 hours and we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs to get to our room to sleep.

Very pretty place. The carpets have been replaced recently so the off gassing smell permeates everything. They have a big room on top floor, but you can hear people in hallway talking, music, coming home late etc. i think if they could add some soundproofing in the halls that would be an excellent upgrade. They staff was all very kind and professional.

The location is great, which is why we booked it. When we got to our room, there was a weird smell. We figured out the fridge was full of leftovers from the last guest, which was gross. We had just enough time to rest before the concert we were attending but it sounded like 5 people were loudly cleaning the rooms around us. The room itself just had a big open space that I'm assuming once had a couch because it was suppose tp sleep 4 and only had 1 king bed. The decor is very out dated. You would expect it to be nicer for the price.

Perfect location comfortable rooms. Only downside was they were painting the entire floor we were on. The smell and furniture location due to the painting wasn’t the best. Fortunately couldn’t smell it in our room. Bathtub did not drain, stood in water while showering. Had a shirt taken with towels by housekeeping, never returned. Super friendly staff. Loved the attached restaurant. Excellent service. Would book it again if no construction or repairs happening.

The hotel and staff were nice. What i didnt care for was when i turned the shower and found the drain was clogged. Called front desk. They sent maintenance. They 2 guys spent 45 minutes in the bathroom pouring draino down the drain. Only to tell me i can try it again in about 30 minutes... at this point i said forget the shower and went to bed as i had a long day on the road and it was 9pm. Got up early the next morning and checked out.... paid well over 200 for the night and couldn't even take a shower. BTW in the morning it was still clogged. No discount or anything. Just a full charge and a "sorry for the inconvenience "....
I'll stay elsewhere next time.

Very nice stay in March. Staff is courteous and helpful. Restaurant is good but plenty of local places just outside that you’ll want to visit. Valet parking included was nice.
