The only thing I did not like was that I could not fully enjoy the stay or go to the spa. It was a quick trip into Santa Fe to attend a concert at the Lensic Theatre and an early morning to get on the road to an appointment. It is a beautiful hotel and location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful especial because I misplaced my parking ticket.

The hotel is centrally located in Santa Fe to the square so we could walk everywhere. It is a lovely hotel and the staff were great. The rooms were very nice and we had a great view of the mountains but the patio was extremely small. We will stay there again in the future.

Beautiful designed hotel, but this marred by antiquated rooms with few electrical outlets, no towel racks, a clogged shower head whose few unclogged holes shot skin piercing needles of water insufficient to rinse off, poorly vacuumed floors, room not made up one day, noisy refrigerator. To add insult to injury, my credit card was charged for full stay when checking in, not out. this could be a stunning hotel with new management and a refresh of the rooms. We ate no meals on premises.

We Loved our stay at the El Dorado! Conveniently located close to the plaza, as well as an easy walk to the train station where the farmers market was amazing. The staff was very personable, friendly and helpful. This will be our go to when in Santa Fe
