I liked convenience to airport. I was not happy with cleaning service. Linens was stained, room was not cleaned very much between the days stays. Trash cams were sticky counters and dishes were not cleaned nor returned to kitchen. Just try to train staff to try harder and TV is not smart Tv for modern streaming services of my own.

Older, outdated hotel with an unclean feel. Woke up to ants in our room around the refrigerator/coffee area. Breakfast was great but tables feel like they’ve not been thoroughly cleaned in years. Riding in the glass elevator you can see the trash and dust build up in the open fountain area/foyer. Expected better for the name and price.

The staff was nice and is in a convenient location. It wasn't dirty but it is clearly an older building that has not been updated recently and received eegular proper maintenance. The property clearly was doing the best it could with amenities and the breakfast was good. The lobby was also nice. Even though there was a lot of people, it never felt overcrowded. Would I stay there again? Sure.

Room was dirty- caulking around the tub had brown and red spots, there was caked dust built up on the drawers in the bathroom, a piece of trim that was behind the door detached from the wall, corners of the room were not vacuumed. The hallways had pieces of the wall missing and half-patched areas. The staff working seemed helpful - not overly friendly but not rude. The clerked quickly disclosed the $15 fee to park our suv overnight - I’m not sure when or why hotels now charge customers to park their vehicle on their property.

I arrived at 4pm and was told my room was not ready or cleaned. I was told I would receive a phone call when the room would be ready which I never did. I go back to the front desk at 5 and got my keys. Also the price I was charged was $284 which was much higher than my quoted prices. I really would like a refund. I had no soap or toothpaste in my room and the room was not cleaned good enough for our stay.

Checking in was a nightmare, as I stood in line for over 20 minutes while one person checked in 3 other rooms, another person at the counter looked at me several times but did not help me (overheard name, Sabrina), after that 20 plus minutes she put up a sign saying next person she was helping with other customer's keys (but no one was there), also there as a 15 dollar parking fee per day assessed at the counter which I was not aware of

Property was nice and staff were friendly, but some were overfriendly with my wife who checked in before me. Multiple times a staff member named Felix would approach and either greet her or wave from a distance. Another instance we lounged at the bar together, and he approached and offered hilton bonus points meanwhile solo male patrons were left alone around us. The room was relatively clean but there was a wet spot of something when first checked in, and the mirrors had streaks from a quick rundown. Do not recommend this place at all.
