Very worn and dirty, smelled of pets and urine. Black things came out of the very slow sink drain.

Was told they were over booked and would cancel my reservation then charged me as a no show

Terrible. Worst stay in a hotel I have ever had. Did not stay the second night. Filthy dirty, old broken furniture, carpet was disgusting, light bulbs missing, bag around smoke detector. Hallways, lobby disgustingly dirty. Phones didn't work. Tried getting money back for 2nd night, but phones didn't work. Front office person arguing with me about it even when calling the number right in front of her and it would not go through!

Worst ever experience, i don't know how they are allowing to run this place. Dirty place lights didn't work, floor are dirty and greasy, bathroom door locks were broken , no breakfast, no utensils, chairs were dirty and they charged 110

when we git to our room the door and the whole floor was dirty that the socks from us got vlack by walking to the bathroom and sticky also the kitchen was sticky we had a half full big trash bag left in the trash can from the rpeople staying there before us shower curtain rail broke out of the wall during a shower and nobody cared , even qe complained everyday after 5 days still the same no one came to fix it no fresh towels only if you pay $2 each towel housekeeping only after 14 days of a stay sleeping couch dirty on the inside and the pull out bed no vending maschine a/c didnt work on cold just heat never been fixed either

Worst experience. We had so much inconvenience -We booked a room which had refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven but the front desk refused to provide any utensils or dishes. They said all things are locked in a cabinet and they don't have the keys. I have stayed in many other extended stay hotels and had good experience but this one was THE worst. The rooms have poor lighting and are so untidy.

One of the worst experience with hotel and expaedia customer care . Cant say which was worse. Booked a room and went there. Boooking was with my name. I presented my id and card. Lady on front desk said that other person with me need a id too . Unfortunately other person doesn't had a valid id at that time . Though booking was with my name but lady refused. I have been a frequent traveller and never faced such issue. Lady was ready to cancel the reservation and asked to call expaedia . Expaedia customer care agent was so rude . I told him hotel is ready to cancel but this guy bluntly said no this can not be cancelled. I have used Agoda earlier and faced flight cancelation and they went out their way to help with hotel booking.bad experience with expaedia. Will try to avoid expaedia as much as possible in future

When we got there after booking I was told they had no room for us. Got left with no choice but to sleep in the car. Drug infested hotel don’t make the mistake I made. Don’t sty here.

They want to charge now for silverware and cookware. My room was in terrible conditions. Floor lifting up from the ground. The area was very unsafe. The front desk was very kind and helpful.

This place was a CATFISH. They over booked so our original room was taken. They wanted my husband and father in law to bring a bed down THEMSELVES in order for us to stay. This place looked run down and it smelled.

It’s a roof over your head if you have nowhere else to go. Overall It was a cheap option for my family when we were displaced due to construction at our home, which was what we needed so I won’t say it was horrible but there were definitely some issues. Staff were friendly but not always available, even at the front counter; during check in we had to ring the phones until someone showed up. The lobby area is also only available if you already have a key card so we had to wait with a poor Uber eats delivery person until a guest at the hotel saw us and let us in. There appeared to be one rolling bellhop for the entire hotel, elevator was maybe safe to use, and there was a strange overpowering smell only on the first floor that we could not figure out. Hallways sometimes clean of trash and sometimes not and we caught a gentleman sleeping in the hallway one evening. If it came down to it we would stay again if there wasn’t any other option, but given the choice and funds we would probably stay somewhere else.

There are just not many areas in this facility that appeared either clean or in a good state of repair. This applies to the room interior as well. Every passageway, corridor, and stairwell had a stale, musty, moldy smell that permeated into the room. For an 'extended stay' location, you have to ask at the desk if you want pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. Not even a coffee maker in the room! The bathrub/shower had stains and dirt. The bed linens looked like they had been slept in and not changed. They do little or nothing to maintain a quiet, orderly environment. Every night of my stay, there were loud, violent arguments/confrontations on the floor above that drew attention on the lower floor. It was impossible to report because it is next to impossible to find a staff member, especially 'after hours'. The outdoor pool. Is only partially filled and judging from the green and brown tinge to the water/pool, probably NOT a good idea to take a dip (the toilets are cleaner, but that's really not a high bar to exceed). Even the exterior dumpster was overloaded with an abundance of trash and full trash bags scattered on the ground and spilling into the parking lot. I realize that a hotel can do little to determine the clientele, but this location felt more like a transitional housing location for the homeless, NOT a cozy 'home-away-from-home' and CERTAINLY NOT the welcoming, convenience of home residence. A repulsive, disappointing experience not fit for temporary shelter,

Upon arrival we found the reception all locked up we travelled 18 Hours to find ourselves locked out took an hour to get someone to come and let us in who then closed up reception again with no access to support phone they supplied on wall not even connected Given room 307 on top floor go in was filthy smelt of urine and big massive stain they looks like urine on floor sofa bed stuck up in the air broke unusable and dirty Sheet directly on the mattress no mattress cover they can be satanized bath tub dirty garbage cans full no one to contact to get a different room this room needs to be condemned As we only had 2 nights we decided to suck it up. But on arriving back at the hotel after staying out over 13 hours the elevator was broke and was told to walk to the 3 rd floor I explained I could not walk stairs. Her reply was well I’m sorry but what do I expect me to do it be off until morning at this reply I got very upset and she then went on to tell me give me a minute I’ll go sort it myself and with in 5 minutes she resent it and was working it was just laziness that she planned to leave it to someone to fix the next day I will never stay here again and got ripped off the place needs closing down

Didn't like the incident that happen and how staff handled it. No apologies were given for the inconvenience you had for the day with hotel being shut down by the police.feel like it should have been more done

I would never stay there ever again. They had bed bugs, we couldn’t even sleep.
