Cofortable short stay

The good: check in was smooth, the room was clean aside from the floor being very sticky and a dead bug on the window sill. Staff was friendly the whole time, except that there was an issue with me using my grill out front in my own handicapped space directly behind my vehicle. I did not see how I was causing a problem, however was told that I had to grill out back. We were done grilling and were unaware of their rules when we got confronted by staff as we said to the staff, but beware. Apparently all grilling has to be done out back. Which brings me to the bad: besides the sticky floors and dead bug already mentioned, there was no sleep sofa bedding, but the front desk staff gladly brought some to us, so great! Not enough shampoo for 3 people. We only had one small bottle. They are so tiny that it should be one per person. The reservation clearly said 3. Again, the front desk staff was great giving us anything we needed, including dish detergent. Breakfast? What breakfast? Just Nutrigrain bars and lousy coffee, so unless you want to cook breakfast in your kitchen, which is the only reason I’d consider Extended Stay again, don’t count on breakfast here. The McDonald’s across the street was much better. Bring your own cookware. The kitchen is not stocked and it costs quite a bit extra to use the hotel’s cookware. I stayed here based on other reviews. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. You get what you pay for and if you grill, do it out back.

Place was acceptable. But hotels need to stop calling a single granola bar option and out of stock oatmeal “breakfast”. One light roast coffee option that tasted terrible. Place was clean and safe enough.

Staf was super great there. I had a short trip convenient for what I needed. They had coffee and muffins in the morning early, which was nice so I could have something before I would leave . not really any complaints here. Walls are also a little thin and the area is a little noisy but being right off the highway also makes it easy access to hit the road.

Location was convenient, room was decent but we stayed for 12 days and received no housekeeping. We had to bring down our own dirty towels and sheets. Also had to sweep our own room. Grab and go breakfast was terrible. Fresh fruit, yogurt and bagels would have been better.

Decent enough place, but to not be able to make change for a $20.00 at a place with this many units is poor planning. When you get delivery but then can’t get beverages, that’s a drag!

Smelled of cigarettes. Very dated and needs updating. Toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.

Great place.

The beds are not queen, they are full size. The AC does not work right because of the curtain placement. The room had stale humid basement smell, we had to ask for another one, which was a bit better.

Room was clean and staff was nice and accommodating. Walls are thin and guest blasting car music in parking lot at 230am.

Place has really gone downhill and appears to be housing homeless people who live there. Room smelled of cigarette and the lobby and front door area had a lot of people standing outside in Walmart shopper clothing without shoes smoking and lounging. Several kids just running around unattended

Overall, this is a fine place to stay. We stayed only for one night. You do have to ask the front desk for extra linens for the sofa bed and any kitchen supplies needed, which was kind of inconvenient. The room was clean but the hallways were very messy. It seems like there are some long term tenants here, some with pets. There was a strong pet smell in our room, but we managed. Overall, not a bad place to sleep for a night.

I have never stayed at a place like this, so when I had placed my reservation, I did not know what to expect. When I walked in yesterday, I was immediately greeted by Evan (I’m guessing he is the front desk worker). He was an extremely friendly guy, and we even had some back and forth about music (I was going to a show in Worcester that night). After our talk, we went to our room, and all I can say is wow! The people who clean the rooms do an excellent job! And the rooms are so cool with all the amenities you could need. Would definitely stay again!

Overall good, ran out of dish sponges and sometimes kids were roughhousing outside.
