The front desk attendant was great! Entrance is weird though. The patrons don’t know how to park. I barely moved my desk in my suite and found food under the wheel. It was only an almond. We didn’t use the ammenities. We only stayed long enough to get some sleep then to get on the road.

Bed bugs. Hotel was grungy, elevator broke down with us in it right after checking in, my husband went to lay down and after 5 min saw bugs crawling around in the bed, we took the sheets off and found so much more including hair, toenails and blood stains. The place has not been cleaned in a very long time.
Very disappointed with the management here. When we reported the issue they did not seem surprised and the assistant manger just said oh sorry about that, I need to go back to sleep but they did offer to put us in another room. Haha sorry not here.

The first room I got smelled, but after i asked for a new room they accommodated me. Since moving to the next room it was great, the fan in the bathroom makes noise but closing the door helps.

This hotel has false advertising. We booked so we could grab breakfast and then head out. When we got downstairs in morning were told no breakfast. The clerk was totally rude and unprofessional. No breakfast and terrible staff

Nice kitchen but absolutely nothing in it, not even a fork. My complaint was with the pillows being flat like teabags, and only 3 of them for two of us. Sad breakfast offerings and terrible coffee in the lobby with no cream. The lady at the front desk had a charming dog. The parking at the front was weird as there was only one entrance/exit and very limited spaces.

Front desk staff was too busy outside smoking to check us in. There was another guest also waiting. The service here has gone downhill. I used to stay here all the time and the staff was always so helpful and friendly. There are also guests who like to park on the lines taking up 2 spots. Rude! Just because you're from Texas and have a big truck, doesn't give you the right to park like that. Go back to Texas. I don't think I'll stay here again.

The bed was supper comfortable.
I like the little kitchen. I appreciate the flooring in the room - it's a clean and nice looking laminate flooring instead of carpeting. I have asthma and allergies - those carpets are terrible

All aspects were good except for the residents in the room next door. Possibly intoxicated, but the walls were not thick enough to provide a satisfactory nights sleep. This was no fault of the facility, just inconsiderate residents
