A good hotel but they want to charge you for everything. Put an item in the fridge and you will be charged! Want adjoining rooms - you will be charged. Want a kettle - you will be charged. The worst example was ordering tea. The cup was large and one teabag was added. I asked for another teabag and was told 'I have to charge you for that"! A teabag!

We paid all this money and if you try to go to the beach they will ask you to rent the umbrella for 32$ also the open buffet they will think you will eat for free and they treat you very bad even I told them i bought the package from Expida and its included the breakfast very bad experience and will never go back to this hotel also the beach area all smells like gas from renting the jet ski.

Cleaning staff was excellent, however, the front desk person that helped me was not helpful and herded my family through like cattle. Snacks and beverages are exorbitantly expensive and not having a mini fridge to use is ridiculous.

Me parece mucho dinero te cobran un resort Fit de 45 dólares diarios y solo te incluye toallas y wi fi
El Valet parking te cuesta 70dlls diario más tax.
Me parece demasiado dinero por un alojamiento.

Our refrigerator didnt work and spent all week without a fridge. They do Valet only and have no parking. Other than that great expierence but be prepared to spend alot of money on the stay. They have it down to a science how to get every penny out of you.

Great location for beach and large pool. Far from any local store, bottled beverages cost $9 to $14 each - very unresonible. Food options are pricy but delicous.

Very nice place to getaway. We went during August and there is a seaweed bloom, they have very nice pool facilities to use if you’re not enjoying the ocean. Although there was a seaweed bloom the ocean was still crystal clear on a couple days. The facilities were very clean and I also caught a property worker spraying some sort of spray, the entire hotel smelled great!

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but the staff could be more welcoming. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned during the day, so we requested service before heading out for dinner. While we were getting ready, housekeeping knocked.. we asked them to return in just a two minutes. However, when we came back from dinner, the room was still untouched. A bit disappointing for an otherwise wonderful property.

We had so much fun staying here for our first time in Miami. The pool was beautiful, staff was awesome, we even saw Floyd mayweather while we were there! The beach access is top tier, we watched the sunrise every morning with practically the whole beach to ourselves. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you !!!
