We booked a room weeks in advance at the airport hotel because I knew we were going to be arriving around midnight. Upon getting to the hotel, we were told there were no rooms because Sheraton‘s reservation system had allowed people to continue to make bookings even though the hotel was full. Other nearby hotels were also completely full. The night manager on duty was very apologetic and helpful so for that I give them some credit. He helped us identify another hotel that was 20 minutes away. However, we had to take Uber rides to and from the other hotel that cost over$80.and didn’t get to bed till after 2 AM.

The air-conditioning was not working at the 4 points while I was there. I had to switch rooms due the air-conditioning not working in the first room. The air conditioning was also then not working in the second room and then we were informed after the fact that the air-conditioning was not working in a lot of rooms. We were switched to the ALOFT hotel next door (also a Marriott hotel) and the air-conditioning was not working in the room either. The pool also was closed, Had my 10 year old grand daughter with me and she had a horrible night because of this. I checked out the following day and found a hotel that did have working AC. This was pretty much the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Will never stay at either of these places again and will avoid Marriott in the future if possible.

I liked the fact it had an outdoor pool But we couldn't use it due to cleaning it so the 2 days we had to go to the other hotel to swim I could of just booked with them they was cheaper at the time of booking I went with this hotel cuz of the outside pool so I was disappointed other then that the room was nice the lobby looked nice staff was nice

I had a three night stay. The second night, there was no air conditioning. It's July! My room was extremely hot. When i asked for some sort of refund for the night of misery i was offered a "gift at the gift shop" or to having my parking fee comped. The parking fees are a scam, by the way. There's a gate that opens automatically in both directions but no one is monitoring it. Also, I'm now suffering from what I'm pretty sure are bed bug bites.

Front desk was friendly, but 2 days in a row our key stopped working. The 2nd day it stopped working I went to the front desk to get it fixed, kept the card in my hand while going back upstairs & it still did not work. It didnt touch my cards or phone so I am not sure why that kept happening. Our AC also stopped working. They said the whole building, but my family members were 4 doors down and said theirs was working the entire night. We slept the whole night with no AC, it was a very hot and uncomfortable night. The AC did not start working again until 8:30am the next day

The staff there was very professional, engaging and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and for the most part comfortable. The downsides were the air conditioning dying in the entire hotel for over 12 hours; the prices in the restaurant were exorbitant, and the roll in bathroom in the handicap accessible bathroom allowed water to cover the entire floor of the bathroom. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with this hotel. First trying to check in the front desk lady told me I wasn’t in their system. I pulled up my confirmation # gave it to her and she still couldn’t find it. Called Expedia had her on the phone with Expedia and the lady was getting frustrated because she couldn’t find my reservation! The front desk attendant’s attitude was horrible no good customer. The manager had to finally come and assist me and found my reservation. Second bad experience the AIR to the whole hotel went out!!! Get to my room and it’s 80 in the room no air and again dealing with the front desk no hospitality no apologies for the inconvenience just a “the air is out” and have a good day!! Huh??? So you’re not going to try to apologize for this no offer of compensation no here’s some free water!! NOTHING AT ALL!!! I definitely 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.
