First the good: the customer service here is solid. The bad: this place needs a massive face lift, from the furniture to the central air. Our last night there, the air stopped working and it was hotter in our room than it was outside. We will not be staying here again.

Front desk was friendly, but 2 days in a row our key stopped working. The 2nd day it stopped working I went to the front desk to get it fixed, kept the card in my hand while going back upstairs & it still did not work. It didnt touch my cards or phone so I am not sure why that kept happening. Our AC also stopped working. They said the whole building, but my family members were 4 doors down and said theirs was working the entire night. We slept the whole night with no AC, it was a very hot and uncomfortable night. The AC did not start working again until 8:30am the next day

The staff wasn’t the problem the problem was the fact that my room was not cleaned to standard. I had ants in my room and the air conditioner was not working. I was not offered a refund or any other accommodation.

The staff there was very professional, engaging and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and for the most part comfortable. The downsides were the air conditioning dying in the entire hotel for over 12 hours; the prices in the restaurant were exorbitant, and the roll in bathroom in the handicap accessible bathroom allowed water to cover the entire floor of the bathroom. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with this hotel. First trying to check in the front desk lady told me I wasn’t in their system. I pulled up my confirmation # gave it to her and she still couldn’t find it. Called Expedia had her on the phone with Expedia and the lady was getting frustrated because she couldn’t find my reservation! The front desk attendant’s attitude was horrible no good customer. The manager had to finally come and assist me and found my reservation.
Second bad experience the AIR to the whole hotel went out!!! Get to my room and it’s 80 in the room no air and again dealing with the front desk no hospitality no apologies for the inconvenience just a “the air is out” and have a good day!! Huh??? So you’re not going to try to apologize for this no offer of compensation no here’s some free water!! NOTHING AT ALL!!! I definitely 10 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

This was a family trip and we did not want to hit the road so late. We booked based off the chain name and its reputation. The beds were clean and decent, but the furniture in the room and the bathroom were a different story. The furniture was torn up as if something hacked the materials. The fridge was by the desk on the floor as of it were an afterthought that it was needed in the room. The bathroom was the worst. It just was not clean-old urine at the base of the toilet, floor tiles looked dirty as if someone had muddy shoes and tracked black water onto the floor. This hotel is decrepit --the walls looks like someone is biting chunks out of them, the bathroom is old and the tiles are all cracked. The ceiling is stained and you can see the drywall lines through them. Pillow and sheets were stained and when I checked for bed bugs, it looked like someone's crusty boogers were left on the mattress cover. No bed bugs but I did get several bug bites from something else overnight on my legs. The staff are extremely rude and will make comments about customers as if you aren't standing right there and can hear them. The walls are paper thin and you can hear other customers yelling in the halls and the AC makes a huge loud noise every time it turns on. We only stayed here due to a flight cancellation and needed emergency accommodation for one night but look elsewhere.
