Took a three day trip to Philly and this property is close to the airport, plus it has a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. Close to everywhere I needed to be and I slept comfortably; the room was clean and spacious and the staff at the desk and Cafe Rusto were all professional, polite and friendly. Will probably stay again.

This is probably a really good hotel for people staying overnight to catch a plane at the airport that’s across the street. We stayed as tourists, and it was pretty small. The towels were softer than most hotels. There was no in-room microwave. It was with the ice machine. Staff was friendly enough.

I didn’t really care for the staff. They weren’t welcoming maybe one or two were welcoming in the room was actually very very clean, but the housekeeping was very rude and not the hotel. Didn’t explain how anything work.

Check in was for 3pm, yet we didn’t get our room for an hour+ later due to room being dirty. We had somewhere to be and wanted to relax before hand but we had to rush once the room became available.

We ended up leaving this hotel because the room was so incredibly dirty. As soon as we walked into our room we noticed ants all over the place: on the walls & surfaces in the room. The air conditioning panel was hanging off the wall & could not be pushed back in. It was clear that if the room was cleaned at all, it was not done well. There were crumbs on surfaces and we found ants crawling on us after we left.
When we tried to leave, the desk clerk was dismissive and unhelpful, instructing us to “go across the street to another hotel to find the manager”. We ended up just leaving.

We booked a room weeks in advance at the airport hotel because I knew we were going to be arriving around midnight. Upon getting to the hotel, we were told there were no rooms because Sheraton‘s reservation system had allowed people to continue to make bookings even though the hotel was full. Other nearby hotels were also completely full. The night manager on duty was very apologetic and helpful so for that I give them some credit. He helped us identify another hotel that was 20 minutes away. However, we had to take Uber rides to and from the other hotel that cost over$80.and didn’t get to bed till after 2 AM.

The air-conditioning was not working at the 4 points while I was there. I had to switch rooms due the air-conditioning not working in the first room. The air conditioning was also then not working in the second room and then we were informed after the fact that the air-conditioning was not working in a lot of rooms. We were switched to the ALOFT hotel next door (also a Marriott hotel) and the air-conditioning was not working in the room either. The pool also was closed, Had my 10 year old grand daughter with me and she had a horrible night because of this. I checked out the following day and found a hotel that did have working AC. This was pretty much the worst hotel stay I have ever had. Will never stay at either of these places again and will avoid Marriott in the future if possible.

I liked the fact it had an outdoor pool But we couldn't use it due to cleaning it so the 2 days we had to go to the other hotel to swim I could of just booked with them they was cheaper at the time of booking I went with this hotel cuz of the outside pool so I was disappointed other then that the room was nice the lobby looked nice staff was nice

We did stay
Transferred to the LOFT across the street.
Our requested two-queen beds were not available! And no air-conditioning.
I was told we would get a credit. We never entered a room at Four Points.

I had a three night stay. The second night, there was no air conditioning. It's July! My room was extremely hot. When i asked for some sort of refund for the night of misery i was offered a "gift at the gift shop" or to having my parking fee comped. The parking fees are a scam, by the way. There's a gate that opens automatically in both directions but no one is monitoring it. Also, I'm now suffering from what I'm pretty sure are bed bug bites.
