Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport

I liked the property. Didn't so much like the loud air conditioning system.

It was a last minute booking due to cancelled flight and they picked me up and took me back, staff was extremely nice and breakfast was very good!

Its nice clean but 15 dollars for breakfast when its surrounded by restaurants is crazy

Quick overnight stay to be close to the airport and have shuttle service. Hotel staff (front desk, restaurant and shuttle driver were all friendly, genuine and smiling,

Really nice hotel. Room was super spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Fridge and microwave. I was pleasantly surprised with the size and comfort. They also have a pool and gym.. I didn’t go to them but it’s available. The people were all super sweet and friendly. Right near the airport with a free shuttle. The shuttle driver was also very nice. Highly recommend this place!

Staff really friendly, free parking and near loads of restaurant and shopping.

Good service

We staued in room 402 kings size. Whoch was suppose to be deluxe king. Call up front. Was told i couldn't get moved. Because the hotel is full. I paid for a deluxe. Then the bed was broken had to sleep. In a sink in bed. Called front desk. Was told they have no one to fix it. This is unacceptable. If i didn't have my 2 year old grandson with me. I would've left that hotel.

Had to change rooms twice because the door’s locks did not work properly. Changes occurred after 10pm.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The dinners we ordered were amazing and fresh! Thank you to all the staff that made our vist enjoyable 😉

Clean and Welcoming staff

Very nice place.

The original front desk person was cold and borderline nasty. I am disabled and our first room had a sink that didn't drain and the majority of our outlets didn't work. The aforementioned employee's response was that maintainence was not there. She was abrupt and apathetic. She eventually offered another room. This was after we were unpacked and settled. We had no choice. We had to get it together to change rooms. At least this time, when I asked for help with our items going from room to room, we received help. When we checked in, along with my in-laws, my husband had to bring our luggage to our rooms after we were flatly told the person who did that was at the airport. We're not young He was exhausted from the drive. There were carts. The second room was nicer, roomier, but with a non-working phone. Sadly, I fell in that room and ended up severely injured. Ugh! We were there for my husband's mother's funeral and our experience was horrible. Margaret, however was super sweet and accommodating. The young man who worked the desk on the late afternoon of 03/24/25, was also wonderful. He saw me struggling in the lobby and was helpful, kind, offered to bring me coffee and gave me water. We had a block of rooms for 03/23-25/25. We all had issues with that same front desk person at check-in and too many had room issues as well. Shame on this establishment.
