Very pleasantly surprised, the gentleman who checked us in was cordial and inviting. The complementary drinks and breakfast and now dining; puts bigger chains to shame. Pool open 24/7 again unheard of.
If ever in the area this is the place to stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Front desk clerks were amazing and helpful. 10/10 for customer service and cleanliness. Furniture was a little outdated and the hot tub wasn't working but the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bedding smelt like bleach but at least I knew it was clean lol.

I could not recommend Gateway Studio Suites more highly! We stayed for three days in Sierra Vista to attend my son's graduation at Fort Huachuca. The hotel staff was all so friendly and hard-working. Ice cold cucumber water at check-in, complimentary water/soft drinks, nacho/chip bar with soup and salad at night, nice breakfast in the morning. Jetted hot tub nice and warm and pool nice. Room was spotless - daily cleaning! Our housekeeping lady Velma was incredible! Will definitely stay here if we visit Fort Huachuca again.

We found the property to be clean from the parking lot to the lobby, the common areas and our room. The staff were outgoing, helpful, offered excellent recommendations, and helped with suggestions for local touring. Our stay was perfect and the facility was well worth the price. We would stay here again, to be sure. Well done, everyone!

The property is an older facility. We have stayed in the past, but this time the shower head fell off, the towels were so small that they would not even wrap around a medium build. The staff was friendly, and helpful.

Breakfast provided good, maybe staff moré friendly smile. Arrived an hour earlier at 2pm. Person at the desk at the time NOT to friendly. I asked her if posible to check in earlier or should we comeback at 3pm. She responded not to friendly to come back at 3pm. Which it was fine

The rooms are good size and very clean. Some things show age but not in an unclean way. Maid service is every other day and breakfast is barely OK but we would stay again for the location by military base, price, and clean rooms.
