Love the Graduate. Sadly, the restaurant at this one compared to other Graduate properties is not great, the food was like a bad perkins, and the coffee was sad. It’s also not very well-kept. This is my first time here, been to the chain probably 10 times. The rooms are still terrific, the overall condition of this property is on thin ice.

The coffee in the room was horrible, tasted either very old or very cheap. No hot water the first morning, reception told us it was due to two hockey teams staying there but there was none the second morning also
Windows not insulated well so heard all the hooting and hollering as the bars chucked out at 2am

Had a nice stay. Paid via Hotels.com and had a credit on file for incidentals. A few hours after I left someone who claimed to be from the hotel called and asked for my credit card again. Seemed very shady and I am kinda reluctant to go back.

Not to the expectation for price. Staff wasn’t as welcoming as you’d expect, WiFi was running (with speed test) around 1mb/s, which is incredibly slow. No normal amenities, like a hot tub and pool. Paid breakfast, which is so scammy to me to be a “high-end” hotel in the city.
Water temp for showers was like warm, too. It was very clean though. I loved the ambience of the room, but my goodness, do not come here for exceptional service or chilling at the hotel. You have to walk College Ave, but for us, that is impossible being 15F when we were there.

We arrived on graduation day to find just one person working in the “restaurant.” After waiting 45 minutes with no service or acknowledgment, we finally gave up and left. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the $275 per night rate. We’ve previously stayed at The Graduate in Annapolis, which was exceptional, but this hotel fell far short of expectations. As a teacher, I wanted to treat my partner and myself to some nice stays as we traveled home for Christmas, but this was not it. Even the TRU by Hilton in rural Indiana provided a better experience than this so-called “boutique” hotel. It’s unfortunate, given all the promise this place seemed to have, but it clearly needs serious attention.

This was my second time at this property in 6 weeks. I won’t be back until they resolve their elevator issues. Spent a lot of time waiting for elevators that never came and taking the stairs instead. We had issues with elevators six weeks ago and now they’re even worse. Even ran into the elevator repair guy who seems to be making daily trips because they won’t replace these unreliable cars. Three elevators and you can’t get one to come, or if it comes and you get in, you can’t get it to take you anywhere. Unacceptable and intolerable. We were stuck on a parking level with all our bags and tried the customer assistance phone on the wall - guess what? It doesn’t work! Avoid the on-site restaurant - expensive for just passable food and poor service.

The facility could use some updating. A basic expectation of a hotel room is cleanliness. Ours wasn't clean. Stains on our bedsheet is an absolute no in my opinion. A second room was offered.
