Grand Palms Resort

My family loved staying at Grand Palms. They had so much fun in the pools. However, this is a timeshare and they try and get you to do a 90 minute presentation in exchange for tickets... just be aware.

love it i left my glasses and they didnt take it i still have to go get it my kids loved it so much

The property was nice over all the only thing we didn't like was 1. We had to move our first room because it had bugs & 2. The property recreations closed at 10pm. We would stay again or recommend to others.

We went as a family of 4 and rented the 2 bedroom condo. The set-up was a king room on the main floor and 2 doubles in the upstairs loft. the set up was sizable and preferred to a traditional room, but would have preferred a door on the upstairs bedroom. Thin walls make it tricky for adults to navigate the main level without waking the children upstairs. Also, the loft doesnt allow for window coverings so the room gets very bright early. Not a ding on the property, but something to be aware of when booking. 2 sets of washer/dryer was very convenient. Be advised, there were no elevators and the condo we booked was located on the 2nd floor of steep steps with another large staircase in the condo. Overall the lodging was lovely. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The ammenities were a bit lacking when compared to other Wyndham properties. There are 3 pools. The lazy river and splash pad in 1 area. The most disgusting looking indoor pool that made me want a shower just from looking at it. And the main pool. No bells and whistles at this pool, but comfortable and convenient to most of the buildings. The food at the pool was family friendly and not terribly overpriced. There were some activities planned every day, but maybe only one or two per day. Significantly less than expected for a family resort. All in all, it's a nice, quiet, family appropriate place away from the chaos of Myrtle, but still close to the fun. It needs some updates in the amenities, but it's f

Unit and grounds were clean. There was a strange un pleasant garbage smell in the entrance hallway and up the stairs in our building.

I enjoyed the seclusion.

This property was perfect for our extended weekend. The lazy river, pools and hot tubs were a hit with our families. Our rooms were clean and well equipped. It was in a perfect location with easy access to everything local. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a great place to stay. Would highly recommend this property. Away from the main strip, but close enough for a good ride to the ocean.

Very clean and staff was very friendly

There should a person to monitor near the pools esp the lazy pool.I saw 2 women scratching their legs and sitting in the hot pool I couldn't get into it after seeing it and also asked my family to come out..

Family oriented, love all the amenities. We weren’t able to enjoy the arcade area due to it being rented for an event

Two things i didn't like w tried to use the arcade but you all rented it out . And there wasn't that many people in it. So next time let it stay open longer since you took away sat . 2 your prices was to high because one i booked it you offer me a lower price shaking my head . No discount for veterans or militaty. Came back around 1 am people in the parking lot in groups talking so loud

We were truly looking forward to our stay at the Grand Palm Resort, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, which was especially concerning since we had our 9-year-old and 6-month-old children with us. Switching rooms wasn’t an option as we arrived later in the evening and had activities scheduled early the next morning. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was barely cold—an inconvenience given that we had baby formula and snacks that needed proper storage. We brought both issues to the attention of the resort team at check-out, but our concerns were dismissed without any apology or effort to make it right. We hope the resort takes better care of future guests by ensuring rooms are clean, appliances are functional, and guest concerns are handled with more care.

Beautifully appointed, grounds, etc. Staff courteous and respectful. Pressed too much for additional activities or "perks". Read your audience. Bathtub not senior accessible, too high climbing over. Very slippery in tub and floors. Toilet way too low for ease of use for older folks.

Great place to stay! Conveniently located to everything needed and easy accessible. Highly recommend!
