Great location, comfortable beds, clean, pool And hot tub nice, breakfast super clean and beautifully decorated, Amanda at the front desk is a truly amazing, kind awesome person, we walked to dairy queen, super safe neighborhood and spacious rooms

This was maybe the worst experience at a hotel I’ve had. First they gave me completely the wrong room that was not cleaned and dirty and had trash all over then I had to go back down to the desk.. This time they gave me the correct room but the key wouldn’t work. I had to go back down four times because the key wouldn’t work. She finally came up and opened the door for me after and told us we had to use the key a certain way to get it to open.. not to mention the mouse traps by our hotel door.. and it’s hot as heck in the hallway. Then we had a jacuzzi tub and I was in it for a couple minutes and got out and when I went to drain it I realize a bunch of scum was all over the tub! So disgusted! They didn’t even offer a discount or anything. Don’t recommend staying here.
Also the pool chlorine was so strong as soon as you walked through the door to the pool your eyes instantly burned.

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was really firm and there was a massive dip in the middle of the mattress, so your body naturally wants to roll into the center of the bed.

The room smelled, but it was a pet friendly room:) TV didn't work- it mentioned checking the antenna. Check in, SLOW, but she got us in early. Property- the ice machine was not working on second floor- but was on first. Pool area clean.

Loved the motel but as a light sleeper placed on 3rd floor overlooking the highway and train tracks… it was very difficult to get a decent night sleep. I heard every semi stopping and Accelerating at the stoplight by the motel. All night! Heard every train flying by during the night. Even with the heater fan running.
If I had been then longer than two nights I definitely would have required a room change.
