Excellent experience overall! The only drawback was that the hot tub was out of service during our stay. Despite this, we’re looking forward to returning the next time we’re in the area.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at! Extremely clean. Staff very helpful. Everything was convenient inside the hotel and the handicapped parking was right outside the door. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hot breakfast was great. We loved it.!!

Perfect for our quick trip to Twin Cities. Celebrated son's 18th Birthday. Enjoyed the pool / hot tub, breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was available. Close to Airport, Mall of America, MN Wild game, Football Museum, Ice Castles, St Paul Winter Carnival ect. No issues😁

We arrived in the evening and although exhausted were also hungry. The staff at the bar were gracious and very accommodating. Rooms were great and other staff were generally friendly.

Listen, my son barfed in the room at 2:30am. The smell was awful and I was trying to clean it up with a damn box of kleenex and washcloths. I called the front desk to ask if they could send me some up some cleaning supplies. They declined and said they'd take care of it and got me in a room just two doors down for no charge. They could've kept my deposit and charged me for the two rooms. I'm sure there are published policies on how to handle these scenarios but when you're bleary eyed at 2:30am doing everything you can to keep from inhaling the noxious odor of barf stained carpet and blankets and someone throws you a life preserver, you're grateful.

We had a great stay! The pool and hot tub were excellent. The exercise room had functional equipment. The breakfast was better than average. The room was comfortable and clean with nice quiet heating. I was a little disappointed in the charge for parking.

Room was clean and nice. Showed parking but it was extra $25 per night which was disappointing since cost was hidden well.
Pool had way too much chlorine. Eyes watered in first two minutes.
