We always enjoy our stay at the Hampton Inn in Portsmouth. We can walk to so many shops and restaurants. Also very much appreciate the friendly and very helpful staff.

This hotel is centrally located in downtown Portsmouth. We handed our car keys to the valet before we checked in, and didn't need them again until we checked out. The staff is unfailingly helpful and the entire property is immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.

I rated „good” only because the bar wasn’t open which we found out one day prior to check in. I booked this hotel because of it location and for having a bar and a pool. Other than that it deserves a thumbs up.

This was our second stay in the area and we chose this hotel for the second time. We were able to valet and walk everywhere. Staff were helpful and kind. Reception was able to provide great restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was good. Loved the stay and the area. Valet was prompt.

the parking situation was not accommodating, the valet was mandatory if you wanted to be close to the entrance and have access. I do not allow strangers to drive my vehicle so we had to park on the street and this was not convince or comfortable choice. We will never be staying in a Hampton Inn or any associate moving forward.
