I’m not kidding when I say I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years. I usually wake up at least once, but I slept solidly through the night and even my alarm didn’t wake me up for 4 minutes after it started. I always bring my own brown noise machine, but even still, there was something different about this sleep. The food was also very good and fresh, even though I got there 15 minutes before it closed. And the receptionist and buffet attendants were friendly and great. I will totally stay here again.

The staff was awesome. Breakfast area amazing. Many options. Fresh. Plentiful. Room was dated. Entrance door dirty. Mentioned to front desk never cleaned. Shower water unmanageable. Super hot water or tepid. Mentioned to front desk. Never fixed. Of two elevators only one seemed to work. The working one every time it opened had an ungodly screeching grinding noise. That too never rectified. I was given a one night comp (the first night) but issues never fixed.

No where on Expedia website did we see any information about $75 dog charge which we were charged at check in. Second the mattress in the handicapped room we were assigned was absolutely the worst. No support or comfort whatsoever leading to a very restless night. Quite disappointed for an overall cost of over $330 for one night. Will not stay here again or recommend and would appreciate appropriate adjustment. Thank you.

The property was within walking distance of downtown Swansboro ( 1 mile). The staff was EXCELLENT- so welcoming and friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. Continental breakfast had several options.
The only one thing that needed improvement... one elevator made a terrible noise when closing. The other elevator did not make this noise, so would advise having that attended to and fixed.

Property in overall nice condition. Checked into a large suite. Overall decently clean. Carpets were stained but to be expected. Windows & doors in hallways were kinda grimey & not cleaned during my stay (only 3 nights). Sizeable breakfast with options. Pool was busy with kids when arrived & seemed pretty clean from afar. Ample parking. Would come back if in the area.

I’ve stayed at this property about 15 times over the last 3 years. It’s looking run down with broken tiles, squeaky elevator, and scratches on furniture. Staff nice but I hate that they hide in the back and I can’t check in quickly. I usually lie in the breakfast room to wait for someone to appear after calling out a few times.

There was a sign of roaches! The elevator made a horrible noise when the door opened and closed. An employee told us it was because the owner put in a cheap elevator. The water in the shower did not have a very good stream, not much water pressure.

Needs maintenance done. Only have one elevator working. We were there a month before and the elevator was not working then. They only had one ice maker working on one floor as well. It’s a nice place to stay however it needs maintenance work.
