When I first entered the room I was originally assigned, there was an objectionable odor in the room. I called the front desk and the lady on duty immediately found another - and better - room for me to use. While, true, there was an issue with one of the rooms, your customer service was A+. I will definitely stay there again if the need arises.

The staff was awesome. Breakfast area amazing. Many options. Fresh. Plentiful. Room was dated. Entrance door dirty. Mentioned to front desk never cleaned. Shower water unmanageable. Super hot water or tepid. Mentioned to front desk. Never fixed. Of two elevators only one seemed to work. The working one every time it opened had an ungodly screeching grinding noise. That too never rectified. I was given a one night comp (the first night) but issues never fixed.

No where on Expedia website did we see any information about $75 dog charge which we were charged at check in. Second the mattress in the handicapped room we were assigned was absolutely the worst. No support or comfort whatsoever leading to a very restless night. Quite disappointed for an overall cost of over $330 for one night. Will not stay here again or recommend and would appreciate appropriate adjustment. Thank you.

The property was within walking distance of downtown Swansboro ( 1 mile). The staff was EXCELLENT- so welcoming and friendly. The room and bed were comfortable. Continental breakfast had several options. The only one thing that needed improvement... one elevator made a terrible noise when closing. The other elevator did not make this noise, so would advise having that attended to and fixed.

Property in overall nice condition. Checked into a large suite. Overall decently clean. Carpets were stained but to be expected. Windows & doors in hallways were kinda grimey & not cleaned during my stay (only 3 nights). Sizeable breakfast with options. Pool was busy with kids when arrived & seemed pretty clean from afar. Ample parking. Would come back if in the area.
