I was in town for the Winter Music Festival, and I chose to stay at the Hampton Inn. It was a smart choice. The bed was comfortable and had multiple places to charge any devices. I didn't check out the breakfast, but the coffee was good when I tried it. Everyone I came in contact with the hotel spoke and was friendly. If I need to stay in Lewisburg again, the Hampton Inn would be my first choice.

We liked the cleanliness and well put together room. The hot tub was very much appreciated. Breakfast under to veranda was very nice, so many choices.

Property was clean and quiet. We stayed here mostly because of the pool. The pool was very chilly and not very inviting. My husband chose the hot tub and it was heated, but had so much chlorine that it faded his swim trunks from green to grey. We frequent a pool usually 3 times a week and there is no way that this was an 82 degree water temperature.

I arrived at 12:30 waited 5min at the desk for someone to come to desk , when they came they told me I couldn’t check in until 1pm company policy! And no they weren’t busy so I went to find a restaurant to eat until 1pm .Came back same gentleman checked me in and I was not offered a complimentary gift bag and they had plenty fixed ..so much for customer service…

Asked twice for waffle batter to be refilled. Never happened and breakfast had over an hour to go. Also no fan in bathroom. Room was clean though and desk staff was very friendly
