We stay in Lewisburg once a year and have tried various hotels. The breakfast here was one of the better ones among the hotels we've had.
However, there was almost never anyone at the desk. The side door (nearest the elevator but not the main one) had a wasp's nest above the light and when I told them, the desk person seemed entirely unconcerned, not saying "thanks, we know and will be dealing with it soon" or "wow, I didn't know, thanks." Just "okay."
In the rooms, the air conditioner and smoke detector emit light all night long that can be annoying so bring an eye mask. At one point we had a hard time getting hot water for showers.

We've stayed here several times on our way to and from Norfolk to see our son. Its always a pleasant stay. Breakfast was just ok this trip, but the rest of the stay was fine.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The only downfall this trip was the electricity had gone out prior to my arrival and the internet was slow to come back on when the electric came back on. The hotel staff were not alerted as to what happened, so they had no answers for concerned guests. Totally not their fault.

Property was clean and quiet. We stayed here mostly because of the pool. The pool was very chilly and not very inviting. My husband chose the hot tub and it was heated, but had so much chlorine that it faded his swim trunks from green to grey. We frequent a pool usually 3 times a week and there is no way that this was an 82 degree water temperature.

I arrived at 12:30 waited 5min at the desk for someone to come to desk , when they came they told me I couldn’t check in until 1pm company policy! And no they weren’t busy so I went to find a restaurant to eat until 1pm .Came back same gentleman checked me in and I was not offered a complimentary gift bag and they had plenty fixed ..so much for customer service…
