This hotel was beautiful! So clean!!! Everywhere!! And the staff??? Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful!! Walking out of the room the housekeeping staff that was down the hall said, "Good morning!" Tami, the manager working that day (26-28 Feb), it felt like I was chatting with a friend!
The breakfast that was offered was phenomenal! So many options! I even told my husband that in the middle of winter they even had such fresh fruit!! Hahaha! Even the bananas were friendly with a "Thank you" or other message on them!! Haha!
If we are in Sioux Falls again, I know exactly where we will be staying!! The Hampton Inn!! The whole town was friendly!!!

Staff was rude. We called him that our TV wouldnt turn on....his reply was that its probably the batteries but dus not offer to bring us new ones. We went down to the office to ask for new ones and he came out of a guest room just down the gall from us. He returned to that room after guving us batteries. We gad to call again as tgey didnt wirk either....he came right over since he was in the room next to us, pulled the tv out from the wall, did something in back of the TV. We asked what he did to get in on and he said pushed power button. We asked why he pulled the tv out/what did he do behind the tv then because the power button didnt work for us!!!!
Shady!!!!!
And why was he in a room next door????
Never staying there again.
