It was comfortable and clean. Receptionist was nice but busy to handle all by herself. The staff during breakfast was the best very attentive to my needs. They even watched my special need chil while I went to the bathroom or get breakfast for my other 2 children. The janitor was nice and helped watching my child while I went to get my car on the lower level. They were all great. I really enjoyed the hotel. I traveled by myself with my 3 children. We had a happy and safe stay. The laundry in the basement was convenient too.

Upon arrival at 10:30pm we were informed that our room had a leak in the ceiling, and unfortunately there were no other available rooms. The leak was from the above bathroom toilet into our bathroom and a trash can had been placed on the back of the toilet to catch the water. With little to no options we did stay (at least it wasn't over the bed). We were told to contact the General Manager the next day for modifications to our bill. I have called twice and emailed twice with no response. I held off on this review hoping to give the GM time to respond.

Only one person handling check-ins at busiest time 4-5:30. Also had a huge problem with check-in. Took over an hour to resolve. Had changed my reservation date and Expedia sent me a confirmation but the hotel had no such info.

The refrigerator in the room didn't work. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. Rugs in the hall seemed dated. On the positive side, the room was clean and the person checking us in was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is easily accessible to highway and easy to find. It served as a place to crash for the night, but beyond that, it smelled like wet dog in the hallways (not on a pet friendly floor) and our shower was truly filthy. The free breakfast was pretty nice though. Huge fan of hotel waffle maker!

The room was pretty run down. The rug was terrible—definitely would not walk on it without shoes. The room had 2 noise problems. It faced the road so you could hear cars all night even though it was on the 4th floor. In addition, it’s a dog friendly hotel, which is great but we had to listen to a yappy dog all night. There is a strong smell of extermination spray in areas around the rooms, elevators, meeting room.
