Overnight stay. Staff friendly. Clean room. Ample parking. Could be more breakfast choices in food & beverage.

Friendly quiet clean

The bathroom was not clean, especially the tub, it had a ring around it. The overhead light in bathroom didn't work. The lamp shades had stains on it as well as nasty stains on carpet. The chairs look dirty to sit on. The entire experience from the beginning was not good. Unable to reach anyone for service. They would pick up & immediately put you on hold for long period of time. I reached out to manager several times before check in. I was waiting for a credit card approval application status & was sent to his voicemail with no return call to this day. The front staff girls are overwhelmed and need more help. There computer kept going down (as well as my tv in my room) leaving one person servicing several guess. I would not stay here again & would not recommend.

Hostess was sweet and did her job. The room I was assigned, the toilet was not connected to flange. Second room, felt unclean. Gym was missing all type of weights.

The hotel feels a bit outdated for the price I paid. Breakfast was okay, but it could use more variety, and the coffee was served cold.

We were given the smallest room on the floor and wonder if it was that we booked through Expedia. Carpet had big stains. Beds were comfortable and clean. No towel hooks and room service every other day.

The front desk staff is very helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The sink had a leak and the parking lot is pretty steep and hard to manage a luggage cart and kids. Other than that it was a good stop.

The hotel was exceptional by service and the room itself.

Employees were great. But condition of property is poor. Very old. We had to change rooms. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. New room had big wet puddle on carpet that never dried. Bathroom door was so warped it wouldn’t close. It’s just in need of an overhaul. And breakfast was not good. We went to the diner. Not up to Hampton Inn standards.

My room smelled like wet dog and also my car was about to get stolen while I was sitting in it. 2 guys was approaching my car with masked on.

Upon entering, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was on the fifth floor not sure how the other rooms are, but the room is in desperate need of an update. The bed and linens were very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Although these things are most important to me, because the rugs were old and old decor it felt dirty. I cannot comment on breakfast. I only had cereal and coffee. Both were good. They seemed to have a decent amount of choices.
