We had a great stay - my only issue was with how gross the ceiling was and the amount of dust piled on the top of my headboard. One night we had to evacuate the hotel for no apparent reason, and there was no microwave. Otherwise we had a great time. Highly recommend the beef wellington at Gordon Ramsey's!

The hotel room was not clean the tv unit was co weed in pink sticky stuff and the carpet had sticky stuff stuck to it so had to keep shoes on , the toilet wasn't clean , and I tripped on the duck tape that was all over the casino carpet

The KC tower rooms need updated. Carpet old and very worn, mold around the windows were water had leaked in, wall paper makes you feel like you are in a throwback room from the 1970's.

My room was clean. The Kansas City tower needs renovation. The carpet was threadbare, the thermostat didn’t work well and the deadbolt on the door didn’t work. I would not stay here again.

We asked for a handicap accessible room - we were put on the top floor, farthest away from the elevator. No handicap toilet or shower. (It was a room for hearing impaired.)

The hotel was fine but when booking though Expedia they offered 2 types of 2 double bed rooms- a basic and an upgraded version (suite listed with more sq ft and about $50 increase). I booked the upgraded version; however upon check in I was told there is only ONE type of 2 double bed room - basic. So I paid $50 extra for an Expedia scam. Don’t book the upgrade is you want 2 beds! Suites are only offered in 1 King bed per check in representative at the hotel. So Expedia I would like a refund of the upgraded charge.

We never came to stay there. We called and talked to someone about a family emergency and was unable to stay. Expedia reached out to harrahs or said they did to try and see if there could be an exception about getting me a refund since I had just booked it not even an hour before I had to turn around and cancel the stay due to no one to watch my child. Baby sitter backed out last minute. Never got a refund. Or a response from no one from harrahs or Expedia.
