I did not like that no one told me at checkin that additional on property taxes would be charged per day. I have never had that before when booking with travelocity.
The bellhop person was not helpful... we asked for a chart and he walked away as we struggled with loading.

The property is getting dated...the carpet in my room needed to be re-stretched and secured...it was wavy. The room was clean but he toilet would have benefitted from an additional scrub.

Homeless lady with all her stuff and big dog staying in hallway at 100 wing. We reported it and when we got back to room hrs later she was sitting outside door to get in. Kinda spooky.

If you are looking for a clean, safe property do not book a room in the Kansas City tower. This is a bait and switch. The rooms are beat up, carpet stained and coming up from the floor. When we asked to move to a room that the carpet was not a tripping hazard we were moved to an identical room with carpet coming up from the floor. Or we could pay an additional $50 per night.
