Our trip was awesome however, there is a constant huge leak in the shower which was a big concern for me., wasteful water is a deep concern. The alarm was going off so much but we managed to hold of moving as they promised they will address the alarm issue the next morning. So to be reasonable we waited till the next day to address the matter. The breakfast area is a huge issue. They did not meet a satisfying breakfast. Several times the waffle was malfunctioning so we were not able to make waffles. The juice machine was not cold and the eggs and sausage Patties was always empty. We had to go out and eat breakfast elsewhere, The front desk attendance were very friendly and met our requested needs. Toilet paper and clean towels etc etc. otherwise, it was nice and will stay there again. Hopefully they’ll fix the water leak. Trash desposal could be better. Phone in room was not working. So we had to go to front desk all the time we needed something. One week of stay and we were content. Otherwise. I love the front desk ladies.

Overall not bad experience. But room floor corners and some areas were dirty and not cleaned. Cub-board corners dirty. Tub floor was peeling. I think the place should be more clean. Breakfast was horrible. Always empty, not variety and when lady was bringing out more to stock, it was always a few items.
Room size was perfect, sheets and towels were cleaned. Bed mattress was the best.

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is old, filthy, and dirty. My husband and I bought cleaning supplies to clean everything. The a/c unit was so disgusting that my husband had to clean it so I could breathe in decent quality air. I have bad asthma and allergies which was triggered by the dust in the room. The photos are so misleading and this should be against the law.

The room was clean and had plenty of towels.
Some of the staff were not very friendly and the free breakfast was never stocked well enough. Had to hunt plates and cups. Ran out of coffee at 7:15 in the morning. Waffle maker had ppl backed up into the front lobby. Not a good experience.

TERRIBLE! We arrived for our 4 day, 3 night stay on a Monday. Walked into our room and it was DISGUSTING. floor had not been swept or mopped. Stains and splatters EVERYWHERE, stains on the comforter, bathroom STUNK like URINE. I went and showed front desk how filthy my disinfecting wipe was from me just cleaning a spot on the floor. She asked I come back the next morning and show the morning crew the wipe, so they would believe that she deals with complaints from customers. She supposedly put in an order for a DEEP clean for the next morning. NEVER CAME. We went down and complained SIX times during our stay. We went as out of town visitors for the beach so I didn’t have time to go back and forth to complain. After a long day at the beach the last thing my family and I wanted was to feel even dirtier by stepping into a dirty ass room. It was uncomfortable the entire time and upsetting that they never bothered cleaning. Every time we went to front desk the immediate response was “we already have an order on file” this hotel is a ZERO.

The hotel was very okay, would not recommend nor go back. Our hotel room upon arrival was dirty. The tub, the floors were sticky and visibly dirty. They don’t offer housekeeping on the weekend so no clean towels or blankets unless requested at the lobby. The breakfast was very underwhelming; no waffles available, hot orange juice/apple juice. Only choices were two different cereals and egg and sausage patties. Hallways smelled like mold, and when you couldn’t smell that it was because it smelled like weed. Only elevator was slow and dirty.

The lady who checked us in was great. Thats as about as good as the trip was. We left the next morning and didn't even stay the remaining days we had booked. We were kept up by someone drinking in the parking lot all night and busting beer bottles every where. That morning we woke to the lady in the office screaming outside to the people who had been drinking to clean parking lot up and that the police were coming. Someone had puked all along the side of the pool and in it. Nothing was done about it.

The building needs better house keeping as all surfaces are dirty with hand prints and stains to walls, floors including carpet. A fresh paint and carpet in halls is needed. The door to my room sticks and does operate well, The kitchen area was not stocked with and items and the coffee supplies were previously opened. Throw out the old pillows. My room floor was cracked with linoleum missing. This could be patched or replaced. Tor shower leaks and the shower curtain falls to the center of rod and a mess results while bathing and creates a fall risk trying to fix this while in the shower. All surfaces were in need of a deep clean. Breakfast was awful with the waffle maker sticking. Those weird eggs and sausage options, no OJ and the apple juice was watered down. So many people complained. Wyndham do better. I paid for full use of clean, well maintained amenities, friendly staff and a stocked room. I had to ask for supplies that should have been placed in my room in the first place. They were available at the desk but not stocked in my room. Why!?
