房间里都是蟑螂，一晚上打死不少于十只。lot of bugs.

The service was subpar, and the ladies at the front desk were rude and not helpful. The alarm sounded at around midnight. It turned out to be a false alarm with no other explanation or apologies.

1) the power in the washroom didn't work 2) the telephone didn't work 3) there was a false alarm on the last day of stay. Can understand false alarm happens, but there is nobody explaining to or guiding the hotel guests

Nice view

The overall stay was nice ngl. Unfortunately the you may run into a couple of d head staff here and there.

Great ocean view room, but there are some bird noises on the other side

Worst check in experience in Hawaii, but other staffs are nice. Everything is up to a 3 stars hotel. Location is good, surrounding area is good. Lots of parking.

Nice stay overall. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. We walked to a diner and found Banyan st to be unsettling and uncomfortable to walk through. We know that’s not the hotels fault, but it was disappointing how we didn’t feel safe walking through the park. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Our server Brianna was attentive and kind. Confusing on how to get pool towels. At the front desk? Then we had to take the towels back right away. Just odd and awkward. Pool was cold, but refreshing for a quick dip. We’ve stayed here before and will again if we return to Hilo in the future.

A noisy slightly rundown property. Was only here 1 night thank god

The staff at the hotel are its best asset. "Local style" in both behaviors and attitudes was really appreciated! Food and service were excellent. The hotel itself will be undergoing renovation so there were things that needed attention in the room. However, my stay there was very pleasant!

This is the second time I d stayed this year and there are no working ice machines. There isn’t a restaurant open at lunch either. Those two items aside we had a very nice stay. The employees are all excellent and very friendly.

Front desk person probably was having a bad day. No smile no reaction to joke…

It was clean but the worker in the front desk dbl charged me the deposit so I had to call my bank and file a claim etc

Nice area with things to walk to. Room was not updated with wall paper falling off the walls, dim lighting, and bugs.

Hotel close to the Hilo Airport, clean rooms, and the free parking is great!
