Property was nice, room was clean.. no access to the pool, said it was closed for the day. The pool is why I chose this site, disappointed to say the least.

Rooms were outdated. Still has step in tubs. Air conditioning and heat was not working correctly, but was corrected power source built into Desk. None of them worked at all. No gym on site had to use YMCA connected to hotel or planet fitness down the street and only had a limited time to use it instead of 24 hour access.

The property is very nice. The staff especially the concierge and front desk. Staff are absolutely excellent. However, for the size of the rooms I think it is much too pricey. There needs to be updating as well.

There was no valet service, 'they were full" so had to park the car myself. No bell service either, so had to wheel up our luggage and own the next. You would think that for $550 a nite, for a room that is just simialr to ones you can get at a Hampton Inn, the amenities would be better
