Great staff, clean and comfortable room, great breakfast buffet.

Nice restaurant/lounge. Excellent buffet breakfast. They are attached to a full service YMCA with lap pool, tremdous variety of weights and machines. Very walkable to the uptown area. Very clean and spacious room

I enjoyed my stay. Would stay again when visiting Charlotte Uptown.

Property is ok and the hotel does not have a pool as advertised (the attached YMCA has an indoor pool) but the staff is excellent and helpful.

Super clean!!!! Nice quiet area, on weekend, next to amazing French Bakery for coffee and delicious pastries! Great outdoor seating area in plaza.

I was kicked out of the parking garage because the ladder on my truck hit one of the clearance bars. I removed the ladder and laid it down so it wouldnt hit the clearance bar and the security yelled at me for 10 minutes and forced me to leave

This property was located uptown Charlotte and we could walk everywhere. The hotel staff and amenities were great.

Our trip was very nice. Besides the fact that the first night we were there we left and forgot something and had to come back to the room to find one of the maids snooping around our room and taking pictures. There is no maid car outside of our door or anything And we kind of caught her off guard. You could tell it made her jump when we walked in the room very uneasy for the rest. She said she was just checking to make sure someone cleaned the room, but why didn’t she have her clean car outside? It was just a very uncomfortable feeling situation

The staff was helpful and friendly. I ate at the local restaurant and the food was great.

Bathroom missing towel rack for hand towels. Also would’ve preferred a bathroom fan.

Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick overnight stay. Would book again.

The court yard was wonderful. What i didnt care for is two conferences in the hotel at once. It was so overloaded the elevators were slow and packed. Area out front of restaurant sitting was packed with tables,computers and people utilizing this area causing noise, crowds, and discomfort for others.

The stay was amazing and we got upgraded, which was amazing and not sure how it happened, but it was amazing! The Valet service, specifically Addison was incredible. They could improve on how their luggage is stored and retrieved. I was there for a conference, so we stored our luggage until after the last meeting on the last day. There was a complete bottle neck of people trying to get their luggage, people trying to get off and into the elevator, into and out of the hotel. They could have used a few more helpers as well.
