The hotel is beautiful and was very clean. staff was very friendly and accommodating

Really enjoyed my stay ! The bed was so comfy , property was very clean and close to all major attractions. My only complaint is the $60 a day valet and all they have is valet parking . It’s understandable with it being downtown but still very pricey .

The pictures we saw looked nothing like the room we stayed in

The front desk staff was very kind, pool was amazing and room was clean and up to date. There were a bunch of cute little restaurants within walking distance and even the one in the hotel had a great happy hour!

My husband and I stayed here and had a wonderful experience will definitely be back.

Room needs an update.

Great property nestled between in Historic Downtown Dallas. Suites are big and have mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Front desk is always helpful. David is an all star and makes check in a breeze.

The property was in a good area. Parking was a little bit difficult.

I recommend that Hotels.com clearly inform guests in advance that there is no self-parking available at this property, and that valet parking is the only option at a rate of $57.00 per night. Additionally, it should be noted that the hotel requires a $350.00 security deposit upon check-in. During my stay, I was recovering from a foot injury, which made accessibility and service particularly important to me. Unfortunately, my arrival experience was stressful. The valet attendant approached me only to dismiss me without first confirming whether I was a guest. As a result, I had to limp inside the hotel on my own to find him again, only to see him on the phone. Overall, I believe that many of the staff members would benefit from additional customer service training. However, I want to recognize one employee who made a positive difference during my stay—Datae. He was exceptionally courteous and helpful, and his professionalism stood out. I truly believe he deserves recognition, possibly even a raise, and would be an excellent candidate to help train other staff members in customer service best practices.

Traffic access was incredibly difficult. One had to navigate over cereal-bowl sized metal bumps in the street, streetcar rails, around a trash dumpster sitting in the street where a 3-lane one way street pinches into two lanes then into a circular drive that could only hold two cars. Driving around all those barriers was so intimidating that I spent $100 taking a ride share for two days to venues only a 5-minute drive away from the hotel. The closet had sliding door, one was off the rails, leaning inside the closet, effectively blocking access. However, on the good side, there was good lighting at the bath vanity (though not the room) and the restaurant food was very good.

This Hotel was amazing. I got a free upgrade and it looked like an apartment
