Solid place! Walking distance to the Palladium which is why I keep coming back

We have stayed here before. The room was ok. We had what we needed. I think charging 2.00 for water in room is nuts it’s not a cheap hotel. The pool is NOT warm so even though they say it’s “heated” it is not. The hot tub was actually working and was hot, most of the jets don’t work but it was okay. This Hilton charged for breakfast which a lot of them give free continental- we ended up going out to eat instead and it was actually cheaper! Although they now give you a pass for the parking garage which is good but it is super inconvenient to have to unload in front and park across two streets to park especially if you’re alone with kids. Highly recommend they atleast get a valet service. Overall it was okay- a lot of the staff workers just kind of hang out in front lobby socializing.

We were looking forward to a nice relaxing getaway for the night on Valentine’s Day.. well we shouldn’t have chose this hotel to have that! As soon as we got there, we realized we had to park across 4 lanes of traffic in a parking garage $15, then walk over. The lobby was full of ppl there for what we didn’t realize at first, was one of multiple events being held in the building so it was loud and chaotic. The staff seemed unbothered as if this was “the usual”. We almost immediately regretted our decision but that regret would really come at 1 am when we were clearly sandwiched between two parties who were loud into the night slamming doors until 3 or 4 am. We tried calling the front desk to change rooms but got no answer.. of course, why would anyone be there that late to cater to guests that late. We ultimately chose this location over other initially due to it having a pool/hot tub but upon visiting those amenities, realized it was not worth it, the entire facility is old and outdated with paint peeling, carpet and tiles that you cringe to put your bare feet on. If you haven’t guessed, we will certainly not be back to this location, especially for the cost.

There was no room cleaning service at all our entire stay. The swimming pool and hot tub were out of servic Location for drop-off is unclear/confusing. The desk staff and food staff were fabulous. Lobby was clean, comfortable, and well appointed but the lobby atmosphere was a bit uninviting.

It was beautiful. The staff was great.

Is across the street from the dcu center which is where we were visiting. Close to resturants and a hospital across the street. Friendly staff and it is quiet.

Hotel staff was very friendly and room and bed were quite comfortable. Very close proximity to many events too.

Excellent location for our planned activities and restaurant choices. Breakfast options at hotel were excellent as was the restaurant staff. Fitness center was good, too. Turned out to be a great choice!
