They need to have a better system about the breakfast of knowing who pays beforehand and who doesn’t instead of being treated like someone wasn’t or didn’t pay when in actually reality it was paid for when hotel was booked !

There were plenty of things wrong first being, we were charged a 30 dollar parking fee for an area we were told we had to park in after 9:00. The amount of homeless people around the hotel made it feel very unsafe. The rooms were not near as nice as advertised. The floor was not clean, my kids had black marks all over their feet so walking around we had to wear socks or shoes in the room. The downstairs, lobby and bar were all very nice but very high priced. With all of these little things it does not match up with what we paid. For that is why we are very frustrated.

The ac was on when I arrived with my two teenagers, one on crutches. I had to be at an event so once I got my kids settled, I walked over to my event. Once I got back, it was time for bed and when I tried to turn down the ac, it would not respond. There was no way I was going to try to get a new room that late. I was absolutely freezing and had to put extra clothes on and blankets to get some sleep. Very discouraging for the money I spent.

The staff seemed irritated from the moment we arrived
I was surprised to learn a 15$ per night parking fee to park our rental car. It seemed excessive.
We went up to our room and our keys were not activated,, so we had to go back down...
The alarm clock went off at 930pm, so we just unplugged it, then it still went off at 530AM!!!!! on the battery power... suggesting the maids check this
Over all i was not impressed and won't stay here again. Many other options in this price range
