Holiday Inn & Suites DULUTH-DOWNTOWN by IHG, an IHG Hotel

We were able to walk down to the draw bridge and restaurants, although we ended up eating at Thai by Thai which was closer to the hotel and very good! The bathroom was unclean but the manager swiftly made it right. The facilities were in good working order. Not the greatest part of town and it would’ve been nice to have a view, as requested.

This was a great location and a clean place to stay.

I really liked this hotel. Very welcoming and relaxing. Staff were also very nice. Bed was soo comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. They even had a cool arcade and their own bar and bakery. The Lyric bar was delicious. I loved the mashed potatoes most of all!

Great food at Lyric! Staff was friendly and helpful at the hotel. It was super busy. Only complaint is the thin walls and outdated rooms. Other than that it was fine. We always bring a fan so the noise was just annoying not disturbing

We told the front desk that our fire alarm was going off randomly at 1:30am to 2:30am on our first night there. They said someone would fix it. We were gone for the day and when we got back we noticed it was put back up. That night at 10:30pm, it started going off randomly again. We unhooked it since there was another one in the room. We wonder why they didnt really fix it or reppace the original one? There were hairs in our bathtub as well.

Hotel property was great. Area around Superior street not so great.

This older hotel is a different to us being entrance is from a parking ramp. Our room was clean and had updated plumbing fixtures, bedding and TV. Nice restaurant and bar is within the building.

We were there for my daughter's bday. After a fun day exploring Duluth, we returned to a nice clean room to relax. Hotel is in a great location with 2 restaurants on site. We will be back.

Good location. Parking big benefit.

Not as clean as I would expect a hotel room to be. The shower area needed a scrub and the shower drain was very backed up. I took a shower and was standing in six inches of water by the end because it was not draining properly. It was very nice and convenient for us to be able to walk to places downtown, to the canal, and driving distance from lots of things.

The room wasn’t very clean, the shower head leaked and the soap/shampoo holder in the bathroom was broken. Overall the hotel isn’t the cleanest and kept up.

4:40 and had trouble finding a ready room for us when check in was 4:00 which is a little late anyways in my opinion

Easy parking and great central location!

Arrived, checked in. Went up to the 16th floor, keycard didn’t work. Went back down, got a new keycard, went back up. Someone else was STILL occupying the room as I enter. This immediately made me feel unsafe. Went back down, told staff, they nonchalantly just gave me a different room a floor down. Fine. Stayed for 2 days, keycard stopped working after the first, luckily was not locked out. Got a new keycard. Accessed my room to realize it did not get a daily turndown. It was a clean room in a rough area with free parking. Would have been a better review if staff hadn’t messed up so many times or even apologized for the multiple inconveniences. They didn’t and it was the same to staff members.

Both hot tubs closed, hotel is out dated, bot the safest neigjborhood for s family.

Everything was really nice and having the convenience or charging my friends Tesla was great! The only drawback was not being able to get ice.

Bar was fun. Restaurant was always too busy to get a table. Good for you, but annoying for me.
