My husband and I traveled from the east coast to the west coast. Of all the hotels we stayed at during our journey, I liked this one the best! It’s probably one of the coolest places I stayed in.
The room and bathroom were very clean, the beds very comfortable and we had the most quiet stay here. The rooms feel like mini apartments with little courtyards in between and are safe, you need an access card to enter the complex. It is right of the interstate but our room was in the center of the complex and super quiet. The check-in staff was super nice, the nicest one so far (we are still traveling, road trip). Two thumbs up on this one, it’s a gem 😊

Receptionist was a little cold. Could’ve been a little nicer. Long trip for me. Would’ve been nice to walk into a warm greeting. Nope.

The staff was very friendly and explained to us were was our village(room), good parking spot access, safe and quiet during the night, me and my family had a good time .

El primer cuarto que nos tocó tenía quebrada la taza del sanitario , nos cambiaron de cuarto y de más fácil acceso ya que es complicado, en el segundo andaba una cucaracha entre las toallas ya cuando se estaba bañando mi señora!!! Con otra toalla la agarre la envolví y la saqué del cuarto!!!

I paid the reservation through expedia but the hotel made charges to my card anyway and didn't return the deposit. Room's carpets are dirty , my friends's room had a cockroach and very dirty carpet also.

Basic hotel and the elevator did not even work so they put us on the first floor. Bar was a concern as customers were a little shady so will not be coming back to this hotel. Holiday Inn has really gone downhill and this hotel especially was outdated from the carpet to the rooms themselves. Not a pleasant stay.

First room had a broken closet door and refrigerator was not working. The second room had ripped off shower curtain, stained shower walls (with hair still on them), tiny tv (looks like the original one was broke and replaced with a tiny one).
