Holiday Inn Express & Suites IRVING DFW AIRPORT NORTH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

My hotel room was roomy and clean - the breakfast and coffee was really great! There is noise from the planes flying over, but you get used to it- the shuttle service was definitely one of the perks - I was able to get to the airport and back safely without any issues.

Close to airport and the shuttle to the airport is a bonus

Hotel was in a convenient location, room is clean and the bedroom is a separate space which is great for those who are early risers and don’t want to wake up those who aren’t.

Great property and very spacious room.

I like check out at noon as opposed to 11am.

Always have loved Holiday Inns. This location still holds true to the name and brand of good quality hospitality where it matters.

Mostly a nice room that’s very clean and spacious, with one major drawback, which is why this hotel doesn’t rate as well—the water pressure and availability of water for showers is bordering on non-existent, literally barely enough to clean your body but not hair. Had to wash my medium length hair in the sink. Absolutely needs to be addressed by management. Won’t stay here again!

This place was really clean, per the usual for a stay at Holiday Inn. But I've Def had better stays at other Holiday Inns. There are around 200 rooms over 3 levels at this location, that center around an outdoor pool area. It is very nice. The breakfast area does not properly accommodate the number of patrons that may be occupying the hotel. The line to get breakfast was more than 7 deep- with very little room to even stand. Most of the items were out, multiple items. They have a newer coffee machine that grinds and dispensers fresh coffee- great right!? There were 2, again in a tiny area with around 5 people at each machine. By the time I was able to get in line for coffee- they were both full of grounds and out of order. I waited and waited, no one was there to refill the coffee or the food. There was not enough seating, not enough room, not enough coffee, and not enough food. I understand this being a larger location, but accommodations for that larger crowd should be prepared for. This was a Friday morning. Besides the planes, it's on a very busy highway. Trucks and engines and horns were constantly heard from my second floor room. Def was not the most favorable time with Holiday Inn.

The property was a great fit for my needs. I will definitely stay there again.

Everything went well

It was what we needed after a missed flight connection. Nothing special but clean and convenient.

The room was nice , renovated and pretty clean! It was nice staying in there . The only thing that got us upset is we booked that hotel for outside pool and it was closed that day for cleaning purposes.
