We were only in town for one night to visit family at U of L. Our room was clean & the beds were comfortable. Despite children being loud and running in the halls when we arrived, our room was quiet, and we slept well.

Even though I received a message about on going construction, the hotel was an excellent clean quiet space. The room was beautifully decorated. Clean quiet and secure with card accessible elevators. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many many options.

The rooms are very clean and well thought out. The staff was super pleasant. I had a bad experience getting a hotel in Clarksville and even thought it was a last minute reservation we were taken good care of immediately. We checked in super late and he offered us a later check out !! Amazing to say the least . The breakfast was delicious and top notch as well!!Great staff !!!!!!!!

The bed was comfy the pillows were great... but I didn't sleep a wink because it sounded like water was gushing from somewhere all night long. No tissues in the room, 3 were in the box enough to make it look pretty.

I had to check in at 8 am and the room they gave me was not cleaned and the toilet was backed up and didnt want to compensate for this.

It’s Sunday morning and they stop breakfast at 9am! Who stops breakfast at 9am! I think they do this to save money. Less product they have to make. We got downstairs at 9:15. This is a perfectly normal time to eat breakfast. Will not stay here again!

Room was pretty clean but toilet seat was broken and view was literally of the alley and dumpsters. Heater made a loud noise all night but overall i would stay again.

I booked the room using the Expedia app and found that the hotel significantly overcharged me the quoted price. When I inquired about the discrepancy the general manager of the hotel said, “I will look into it and get back to you within 24 hours.” Never received that call - and after calling 3 more times, being told he’d call me back, and never hearing from him, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointed that a Holiday Inn Express would just choose to be unresponsive to an IHG member of 20 years.
