Holiday Inn Express & Suites LOUISVILLE DOWNTOWN, an IHG Hotel

Everything was good except the check in clerk was not good: rude, not patient and always not on the front desk.

It was amazing.

Breakfast was delicious!

Front desk person did not accommodate disabled guest when trying to book for another night and said there was no other room available when there was.

Excellent location to go around everywhere without car.

Perfect location to visit distilleries and Louisville Slugger plant. Easy walk to several Bourbon Trail experiences. Get the discounted parking to avoid the higher regular cost.

Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and normal breakfast items. Area was well maintained. You do need your key card anytime you use the elevator, so gives a sense of safety. Laundry was $2 to wash $1 to dry. Staff were friendly and it was an easy check in and out. My discount was not credited so at checkout I did show them my receipt on hotels. Com and Stefan did correct total due. No issues .. was handled promptly. I did pre pay $7 per night with my booking for parking & garage is directly next door. Otherwise it’s $15 per night with easy in/out. It says free parking, but it’s not. We had a great quiet stay. Lots of restaurants and stores around.

Great hotel with amazing staff. Breakfast was nice every day and the place is spotlessly clean. I would use again.

This is one of the best places to stay if you are wanting to visit the Louisville Slugger Museum and whiskey row. It was an easy walk to many of the downtown distilleries, restaurants, and museums. We would most definitely stay here again.

Clean facility, extra safety measures(key card elevators) excellent knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was good..cinn rolls, eggs sausage pancakes juice,coffee. Close the KEC. Parking is extra 21.00 a night in the garage next door. Police station next door.

Just an okay hotel that could use some updating. It is at the edge of area you feel comfortable. We had a problem with our toilet and needed a plunger. After calling twice and waiting quite a while, there was a knock on the door and a plunger left in the hallway.

Clean, attractive hotel, excellent customer service. Great location. Will definitely stay there again.

Rude tried to cancel m offered to pay the one night and refund the night i didnt and no help acted like they couldnt pull up my booking and wouldnt refund
