Holiday Inn Express & Suites MONTGOMERY E - EASTCHASE, an IHG Hotel

Everything was good except the coffee machine didn’t work in the room.

No coffee maker in room No shampoo in room No breakfast as they ran out of food

The hotel was nice however the room lacked cleanliness. The window seal needed major cleaning as bugs and dust were present. A deep cleaning of bathroom was needed as well.

It was a okay stay for me. I had already paid for my room and got there had to pay again for some reason but hopefully a refund will be forthcoming cause I had an itinerary with confirmation of payment on it. Got to room refrigerator still had plenty of food left in it as if somebody was coming back. Floor was dirty had bottle caps on it and chips wasted on floor as well. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. No body wash it was completely empty. Shower had hair in it in several area very noticeable. Didn’t smell clean or fresh either. I always stay in the chantilly area cause I feel safe there but this visit was just okay for me.

Very surprised at the condition of this hotel. The cost did not equal the quality and was highly over charged

It was comfortable and nice enough for the stay but overall could have had a little extra focus on cleanliness. The air freshener was way too strong walking in the door.

The staff were so nice and friendly. Was greeted each and every time I enter the building. The only bad thing I encounter, was when I got to my room the comforter had hair on it. But they immediately replace it.

Last minute trave but the hotel selection was great. The location is an ideal spot if you're into shopping or dining out. I would stay there again.

It was overnight stay but it was awesome. By the way, Tina at the front desk is awesome!

After booking the reservation online i called 5 times to request adjoining rooms and no one ever answered. I then called their main 800 number where a recording told me to contact the property directly. When we got there to check in the front desk employee and her boss were outside the front door, I'm assuming on break. We parked right outside the front door and my husband went in. They did not come in for another several minutes. Once they did they were very helpful. The inside of the refrigerator in the room was dirty. The free breakfast was available 7-10. The sausages were gone when we got there at 8:45 and when we asked they said "they're gone". Poor planning?

My last visit over the summer was a bit better. They weren’t very consistent with the cleaning of the room.
