EXCELLENT BREAKFAST, A LOT OF PARKING, EVEN FOR BIG TRUCKS. GREAT ROOMS, THEY HAVE THE LARGE TOILET SEAT

Nice little stop along the way. Pool area smelt and was very humid. Fitness area doesn’t have any weights.

We were given a handicapped room. No problem. However, management should be made aware that this room does not fully meet ADA standards. The bathing area should be no threshold. The toilet should have enough space for a person in a wheelchair who can not stand and pivot to come along side in order to trasfer onto the seat.

We loved the service and the friendly sweet staff! The breakfast was great! We loved swimming and using the hot tub every night we stayed. We forgot to put out a note saying don't worry about making our beds and came back to beds made and our girls blankets they brought made on top with their stuffed animals tucked in too! They really went the extra mile! We would DEFINITELY stay again! *I think at any hotel noise is a problem, but we brought a sound machine and it helped big time!

I really wanted to love this hotel and there are some strengths but the non working TV in our room, the very sticky floor near the elevator in the lobby and some minor issues with the room conditions make it very average. The clerk at check in worked very hard to try to resolve the TV and offered some snacks as compensation, she was outstanding and the breakfast attendant was excellent as well.

Great place to stay on our way back to Michigan.

The room smells bad the whole stay. It smelled like mold. The carpets felt damp and dirty.

Checked in a little early and that was no problem. Front desk friendly and helpful with knowing the area. Room clean and beds very comfortable! Nice size TV

Excellent free breakfast!

We were in town for quick getaway and got there at 3pm went to use hot tub,hot tub was chilly,other ladies in hot tub told front and it never got hot. Then huge birthday party with lots of screaming kids came to pool area and parents let them scream and splash all over our belongings. All night long could hear kids running and screaming, elevator was disgusting with food crumbs and filth inside and right outside if elevator. Will never stay hear again. I usually have good experience with Holiday Inn Express but this was bad. I then left my coaf and a shirt in closet of room,live to far to go back for and was never notified about those items so did housekeeping not check closet or did someone keep my stuff?

We booked last minute stay as we were on our way home. We were impressed with breakfast and coffee machine. Room was very spacious and shower was amazing. We did not mind not having a bath tub with having little ones. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new so all was very clean. I did not make it to the breakfast so cannot comment. A childrens party was going on so I'm sure it was not the typical evening. Yet I was placed at a room at the far end of the hall...so most noise was muffled.
