The bed was very comfortable and the desk staff was very helpful and accommodating

The rooms were clean as well as the breakfast area but the beds were so uncomfortable. There was also a sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom sink which I did complain about.

Microwave didn’t work and terrible pillows

The facility is very clean! Good breakfast buffet too.

This was my second stay. Both times I’ve had issue with water not being hot. They said it could be that way during peak hours. I was trying to shower at 4:15am. Took 10 minutes for the water to get tolerably warm… not hot. I’d like to stay here again but I also like hot showers. What’s the deal?

Attentive staff

Check in was very easy, the staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. We did seem to have a small leak in the restroom and our towels were damp.

It was a good stay and facility. The parking was very limited and hard to find a spot.

Stayed as a family for a softball tournament. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The location was nice, not for the tournament necessarily, it was safe and easy on/off the highway.

Upon arriving, the desk staff informed me that my reservation was cancelled; without notice to us. After we booked the room again, and paid for it, the desk staff told us the elevator was not working. We would have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. That is no problem, except my wife isn’t able to do that. I feel they should have told us prior to the booking. After we got to the room and unpacked our suitcases, we found out the tv wasn’t working. The desk staff moved us to another room. So we repacked all of our suitcases, we moved to another room. Once there we noticed the restroom floor had water on it. The toilet was leaking around the bottom. Since it was late and we were tired, we waited until Monday to tell the desk staff. She expressed her sorrow but nothing was said about when they would check on toilet. Monday passed, and no help. Tuesday afternoon the manager called our room wanting to repair the toilet. He wanted to relocate us to another room, again. We had already moved once and had unpacked and repacked and unpacked again, so our response was thanks but no thanks. In addition to these problems, the bed and pillows were horrible and the breakfast was less than we’ve normally found at Holiday Inns. Overall it was a horrible experience. Obviously we won’t be staying at this hotel again. Due to our experience, I feel we should be refunded for our rooms or given a credit to stay at another Holiday Inn. Again, this was not our usual experience with Holiday Inn

The property is 4 floors with 30 rooms on a floor. It had 1 elevator that eventually broke with us on it. We had to call for help but the service to the elevator was awful. We could not hear the person trying to get us out. Eventually the door opened back up but resulted in everyone there with baseball and softball bags along with luggage taking flights of stairs. The hotel ran out of drinking water so everyone had to drink milk or juice. We chose milk which ended up being curled and my son having to spit up chunks of milk. Good trying to throw your plates and food out. All the trash cans were overflowing. Asking for help was impossible due to language barrier.

Employee was very nice and professional. Hotel was very clean. I would stay there again.

I love that this place has a microwave and refrigerator in the room which what I would look for in a place to stay. Breakfast is also great and clean plus the area/location is also great.

Almost everything about this property was great! Conviently located, breakfast was food. However sheets were unclean and had staining on them
