Holiday Inn Express ATLANTIC CITY W PLEASANTVILLE, an IHG Hotel

The staff from the time i made the reservation to the time i checked in was amazing!

One of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. I usually only stay in 2 other places if I have to stay in a hotel but I decided to try this one out about a week ago and I fell in love with it ever since. It definitely tops Tropicana for me for soo many reasons, which is one of the other 2 places I usually stay. Less fees, complimentary breakfast (options for everyone to choose from in the morning). The breakfast is also ran for a few hours which gives everyone a chance to get down there and grab something before it’s too late. Regardless is you’re an early bird who get’s the worm or a late riser no one is left out here. Members are extended amazing deals & great offers as well. My 2nd stay I signed up immediately to become a member so that I could take advantage of the points offered each time I booked a room here as well as late check out when needed via the actual IHG / Holiday Inn Express website. ALL of the staff here are very respectful, friendly & amazing. The house keepers do an amazing job with making sure the rooms are spotless and clean. The beds are beyond comfortable here and you will have a mini fridge and microwave in each room with a coffee maker (Keurig style)….I want to give a special Thank you to Vince one of the managers there whom took his time to hear me out about a situation that occurred while I was staying here for my 2nd time that could have easily been my last if he didn’t handle the situation with such care and grace. Thank you !!

Our room had a view of the beach and the beach was right next to the property. Room was clean and updated. Hot breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
